I've been there. We did a Plymouth to Santander crossing once and while my sealegs are pretty good my SIL stayed in the cabin and we just took her a couple of cream crackers.

You're brilliant at the YS bargains meg. It just proves you don't have to spend a fortune on SW.

Oh now I know which team you are! I looked at the table and you're not doing too badly at all. We're thrilled that LFC lost today as they looted our club and have no idea how to use our players to best advantage. Not that I like MUFC much more (who does?;)).

I read an article this week about FAB (Fifty and Beyond) and it said that matching shoes and bag were ageing but I still think it looks right for a special occasion. I'd have a trawl around the town including cheapo places like Primark and New Look and see what you can find.

Just had our roast, feeling absolutely stuffed! Don't you just love SW!:D

Manchester United are the best team in the world :p

Hi all, hope everyone is doing well.

Popping in to report a 1lb loss please Shala - once again I'm pleased to have lost but feel a bit impatient to lose it more quickly. Next week then!

    Good luck all x

OMG I am out for the day with bff (bit of retail therapy :p) and thought I would have a little catch up before I have to go to wi and there are bloomin pages and more pages to catch up on. Have tried to read quickly so that I am a bit up to date before I go out.

Welcome Mrs O and wiggly :hello: Looking forward to getting to know you both. Sorry I cannot remember which one of you would like to lose around 7st - I have lost so 6.5 st so far and it has taken me around 11 months and it is only recently I have started to walk a little bit for some Body Magic. So it is not really essential in order to lose weight. Mrs O - I think I would probably ditch the consultant. Good luck to you both.

Bought a dress from George - priced at £10 and went through for a fiver. :D I think it was fairly new in. They had some childrens clothes in too and they were priced up at a fiver as an introductory price. Bought a lovely little dress and leggings set for my friends dgd for her birthday next month.

My friend is also my SW buddy and we have decided to be a bit rebellious tonight. We are going to wi and running out and coming back home to Hairy Bikers steak meal followed by either esspresso magnums or Carte D'or Vanilla with Apricots (in some sort of liquer) and a bit of the choc shot. Well she is on hol from work this week and DH and me are off for a couple of days later in the week - so we feel a need to celebrate. :p Will be getting back on SW wagon in the morning till Wednesday and on Wednesday will start the day with SW fry up and then well............ that's a whole new story. :rotfl: Going to have a couple of days off plan but I must admit I have a slight uneasiness about getting back onto plan. Please feel free to shout and prod me when I get back if I keep up with lots of naughtiness. :D

Good luck lantanna - hope the scales aren't too harsh on you. Think I am too tired to care tonight.

Will try to pop back in later.

I can honestly say I've never managed a pudding at the carvery. I'm the one gingerly carrying my carefully loaded plate back to the table and I have been known to go back for more veg!:rotfl:

I ended up with cheesecake.. Was a measly little portion which I'd have been p'eed off with usually, but it was for the best on this occasion :rotfl:

Not hard to guess which team I support, we are the team to hate ATM, well other than United obv ;)

Made my own version of the salmon ready meal today using the recipe on the back.. Was miles nicer! :Dhttp://instagram.com/p/0lD6C8mjTv/

I usually finish my eggs under the grill, never have success flipping them!

Mich that looks lovely. We tried that particular ready meal and I think we found it a bit wet and the salmon was a bit mushy. From what I can remember the taste was fine so we have kept the recipe and hopefully will get around to trying again some time.

Forgive me forum for I have synned :o
The weekend has been terrible, I have had a massive binge :(. Felt awful last night and didn't sleep well, my own fault though. Didn't help when our usual chinese on Saturday tried to finish me off by putting loads of chilli in my normally very mild sweet n sour vegetables. Luckily only got a small mouthful before noticing, can't eat chilli .
Sunday just stuffed crisps and chocolate :o. Today is my birthday so chocolate has been consumed (again:o) plus HM chocolate cheesecake made by son/hubby plus whatever hubby is cooking for my tea (smells yummy).
Did have a laugh today at work, colleague had 30th birthday yesterday so banners up in staff room. Young teacher I work with asked me if they were for me :rotfl::rotfl: bless her!! She knows my son is 21 but didn't do the math :rotfl:. Also my 1st born would have been 31 this year which would have made me 9 mouths old when I had him :D.
    Made my day :rotfl:
So all in all expecting a gain this week :o
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I thought it was very bland, added mushrooms to mine and lots more seasoning, garlic, chilli etc to zing it up a bit more ;)
