Beanie, great mantra, at least I didn't plagiarize it fullySW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
Well I'm back! Week planned as promised.
Here's Monday's menu:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes
Lunch: out with friend
Dinner: cottage pie, mixed vegetables
Still have hexa and hexb to use, depending on lunch choices
Snacks(choose from): 2 garibaldi biscs (4 syns)/2 ginger snaps (5 syns)/1 chocolate digestive (4 syns)/3 mini babybel light + grapes
Came across this quote today and I think it's quite apt here.
"Striving for excellence motivates you, striving for perfection is demoralising."

I think I have a very similar lifestyle to you greentiger such that 'lunch out with friend' can feature heavily. Sometimes it's possible to be 'good' and have something like a JP or salad but mostly I find it's not:(. On days like this I'd probably use my syns on lunch and have none left for any biscuits or cheese or other syns. It's tough but really worth it IMO until you get to target then you can relax a little.
Feeling stuffed as usual on a Sunday evening. That's the downside of saving syns for weekends:(. But it's subsiding already. I have plans for a 100% day tomorrow and until my next 'blip' with a potential carvery on Tuesday night. Times like this I focus on 'doing a Beanie'. KEEP PLODDING!!!:D0 -

Creative Writing over 6 years part time, Shala. I was lucky enough to land finance before the rules changed though. I'd like to go on an do the masters... will need a lottery win for that.
Funny I wanted to do forensics a long time ago. - You should look into Future Learn. https://www.futurelearn.com/
Uni level courses, you can do from home, for free.Checking in with a -1.5lb for this week & it is my weigh in for this challenge as I'm off on holiday tomorrow :j
I haven't met my target but sure, better off than on
Well done - have a nice holiday!
Latanna
Not silly. Some sticks have that effect on people
A -1lb loss this week. Considering how not following the plan I have been, I'm not complaining.
Shala - Not sure if you mean new challenge today or next week, but a 7lb loss is the aim for me.
Good luck to everyone facing the scales today!

I've been to the Dr now there talking ovarian cyst and not ruling out being the gallbladder either. I've to go for an urgent pelvic scan hopefully sometime this week.
All my test show nothing sinister though so I am focusing on that.
Just wish someone would hurry up and decide what is actually wrong with me.
On the painkillers and in work. Don't get sick pay so being signed off is not currently an option
