Well done losers :T:T we're nearly at a total of 9 stone so keep going :j

Forgot to mention on the last chart that we've had some people get to their challenge weights, so lets have a cheer for BEG, Candyapple, cte, smedley and Fay

Aah... I've never seen newborn kittens, they must be so tiny. My friend recently got 2 British blue kittens and she's been putting pictures on FB since they were a few weeks old. I love cats but I'm allergic to them. :(

My OH is allergic too, he just takes tablets most days :p unfortunately the cat was here was before OH so he ain't going no where! :rotfl:

How do you get those fancy smilies into your posts? Mine just turn into wee squares if they’re not from the mse collection.

If you go on to the websites that host the smileys then you can pick the forum code up and just copy and paste... :D

Hi Daisy, nice to see you  I was thinking about you yesterday, there was a review of the Eat, Nourish, glow book in the paper.. i'm sure that was the one you were following, wasn't it.. glad you're well x

Lol. I will be starting new challenge and doing this just not today lol failing all else I will get maman to poke me with the stick xx

I think they'll be enough poking of things without you having maman stick poking too!

Hope they get to the bottom of your pain quickly xx

Once again thanks to Shala for the chart, and thanks to all the silent helpers :)

Not sure who the silent helpers are but they were rubbish in picking up the losses last week.. :p:rotfl:

Maman - that pork looks amazing!! I'd be swapping my dinner to that if I was using a pork joint but I only have steaks :(

Well that's turned into an epic catch up.. :D

Plan yesterday worked well-ish.. I had a red day and saved a HEb to make the Weetabix cakes to have something to pick at whilst OH was out. I ended the day on 15 syns...

Todays plan is another red day (I prefer these to SP) so
    B - strawberries, quark, choc shot (1)
L - ham salad sandwich, pickles, cheese (heb & hea)
T - Somerset Pork casserole, new potatoes (heb), cabbage, carrots, onions etc
S - milk in tea (hea) crisps (5) apple, oranges as required

e.t.a. - sorry meant to mention we'll be staring the new challenge next weekend/Monday, it'll be an 8 weeker so get your thinking hats on about how much your targets will be and then i'll start collecting them at the end of the week sometime..

Green tiger needs a poke with the naughty stick! Lol. Feeling a bit more positive today and overall much better. The wonders of a Dr who has actually done something, proper pain relief and a good nights sleep. Back with the gp first thing just gotta take each day as it comes . Going to go to the gym for a light walk on the treadmill, go to Asda and get some salmon and veg and will do at least half an hours housework before I sit down again for the rest of the day. Just gotta look after myself and be healthy as it will help overall.

Well done lovely pleased you got the pain relief.

  • Good grief where did last week go? Next week is due to be the same, then it's plain sailing and no more uni! Graduating at 40. Man it makes you feel old. I am sorry I haven't been about, I promise I will be more organised after next week. Looks like everyone is trying their best to stay on plan. It works for me so long as I fill in the details on the food diary. Which I haven't this week. Hopefully the scales will turn a blind eye
Chicken cooking in the oven atm, and plan on having the Ragu from the Bella mag this week too. I need to sit down and do my menus though if I hope to get through next week without undoing all the good work so far.
Thank you everybody for sharing your ideas and motivation!

Maman, you were much better behaved than me with buffet. And I have a dodgy knee so only managed one dance ;(

    Thanks, shala, for smiley info.
