Spring into Spring with Slimming World

I found an article on the SW website about being at target. It was mostly personal stories but this:
Once you’ve started losing weight with Food Optimising and reached your target, it can be hard to stop! Be prepared to have a few experimental weeks after reaching your target where you can try increasing and/or reducing Healthy Extras until you find the balance that’s right for you.
Don’t panic if you have a small gain
Be careful with foods which you know are your personal ‘danger zones’.
Body Magic is another great way to help you stay on target.
All pretty basic and obvious. I'd imagine the people who are at risk of regaining the weight are those who feel they can stop the 'diet' and go back to 'normal'
It certainly wouldn't do any harm to officially, transition people on to a maintainable diet (with clear instructions), so they will STS after target.
It don't really surprise me, their business is weight loss (in a nutshell). Lack of info means fear of gaining and spiralling into weight gain.
If fantastic post-target advice was given, the folk that reach target would then be more likely to spread the good name of SW eating (positive word of mouth).
Then again, they wouldn't make any money with STS'ers, would they?SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
I agree with you Smedley.
There is no interest really in people at target unless it is for the magazine or a competition.

WI for Shala lost 1.5lb please
Very happy with that, was worried it would be a gain as had pasta for lunch every day. Am very aware of portion control so kept it small (no time for huge meals anyway), also had mostly green days but Thursday and Fridays tea was eesp. So hopefully helped
.
Feeling very dehydrated today as Friday is challenging child day so find it very difficult to drink (as drink = toilet trips) and yesterday was very warm. So drinking is at the top of anything I do today as feel awful
.

I was looking at that yesterday, 2 Syns per serving, I think the pack is a 3 serving pack, well that's what I made out from SW online.
Gonna dash to Lidl now and see if I can bag me some, before they sell out.
EDIT:
Got some, thanks Blue
Sorry to hear that lantanna, hope they can fix you soonSW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -
Well done to all our fab losers :T and big hugs to maintainers and strugglers xx
Rain has arrived here now and think it is going to be with us for most of the week and it is so much cooler too.
Trying to get stuff ready to list on fleabay tomorrow but the program I use for editing pics is more up to date than the one on normally use on my lappy and its giving me grief. Probs not so much the program as me. So looking forward to DS being able to look at fixing my laptop - he might be back home tomorrow. Picture the scene as he walks through the door - 'Can I get you something to eat or drink pet while you have a look at my lappy?' Don't suppose I will be flavour of the month but hey ho - you sort of get used to it. :rotfl:
Enjoy the weekend whatever you are up to.
