Nice to hear you are having so much success Lois. 28 lbs is one heck of a lot of excess (lard) gone for good, well done!

    Thank you :)

Thanks for the advice on the actifry,
I didn't realise it was just the oil causing the Syn factor and that spuds were free.
Great to have this little trick from you.
Looking forward to "Sirloin Steak and Chips" tonight.

Yes - you can have steak and SW chips on EE, but don't forget the speed veg to go with it. (Pretending to be Maman :rotfl:)

    Good point Lois!
I will have mange-tout with them, maybe some carrot matchsticks too, got some in the fridge, they all keep well :)
My mum always kills herself laughing when I pronounce mangetout:rotfl:, I always say mangetout like it is spelt, I never say it the posh way, to be honest, I never knew they existed until SW.
    SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb

:rotfl: I can never pronounce this properly either so I cheat and say sugar snap peas.

I could poke all sorts of things through the bars so be warned!

And you can be arrested for impersonating a police officer lois!

Strangely enough tweets, I'm the same height as you but a stone lighter at target (10 stone 7). So probably not big boned and I'm 34D so no problem there either.;) What I'd say is that if you're happy with how you look and your clothes size then call it. Another thing to consider is what you intend to do next. I found I carried on losing because I carried on eating SW as it was so ingrained. Consequently I've only ever paid for going below target in almost 4 years, never above. I find that my lifestyle (i.e. off plan meals when I'm out mainly) adds in enough extra syns for maintenance and I just rein back if too many come along at once.

I've eaten snails but they are fairly chewy and tasteless without the garlic butter like denise says. But I lurrve mussels. Enjoy!!

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: not hungry so probably graze on fruit later
D: baked haddock, SW chips, cauli cheese& broccoli
Syns: squirt of syrup, cheese sauce, weekend wine.:D

Food wise - I've had an apple all day  so i'm ravenous now, just cooking some chicken to have in a bun..

Well done on your loss sympatea, glad it's working well for you!

I don't think you need class do you Lois? you seem to have done brilliantly without it :T:T

Apparently all the mega stars have bigger feet lantanna, so you're in good company - they were saying Sandra Bullock was a 9, but I assume that's American sizes, otherwise  Glad you're a bit more positive.. xx

Tweets - agree with what others have said - only you know if you're happy where you are. As you don't go to Group it's not a problem with calling target now and then if you lose more it doesn't matter. You can always change your target. I certainly wouldn't be beating myself up over 2lb!

    Thank you Denise :)

I will probably carry on eating SW and have a few more treats because I think I will feel _pale_ if I go back to eating what I did before SW plus I don't want to put it all back on ;)
