    SHALA I have STS

Can I have some help please ?

    I am 5ft 9" and would say medium/big frame ;)
    I weigh now 11st 8 and half lbs. :D

I don't know if my body is trying to tell me I am at goal now.
I feel slim apart from my belly which I don't think will go completely ;)

Can I have your honest opinions please spring into springers ?
Would you say GOAL now or carry on trying to lose the 2 lbs and then say GOAL  ?
I will carry on with SW I am not about to give up all my good work but I am sat here thinking to say I am at GOAL now. :)

Don't all rush at once :p

Sorry for all the rambling and the essay but I am confused and that's not hard for me to confuse myself  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

I would call target now, you can go 3lbls either way and still not pay so can lose the 2lbs if you want.

    Lovely, lovely tweets :T

I'm only an inch shorter than you. At my "lightest", I was 10 St 7. I tried, tried, tried and tried some more to get that extra half a stone off, but it wasn't happening. I tried for months :(

In the end, I decided to call that my goal. My body just didn't want to lose any more weight.

You know whether you are comfortable at your weight now or not. Remember, you have done more exercise this week than normal, and your body needs to take that into account too. It needs more water to sustain itself.

Maybe give it another week or two to see how you get on?

I won't mention this bit elsewhere. Are you eating lots of ready meals? They generally contain a higher than average salt/sodium content, and that can hinder weight loss by making your body cling on to its water reserves, ergo not making you wee quite so much. I found that when I quit the ready meals, the weight came off a lot easier.

You call it goal when it's right for you. With my height and your weight, I wouldn't call it just yet but we are all very different and what's right for you, me and everyone else on this thread, are equally different.

    Thank you queenie :A

I eat I would say 80% home made and 20% ready meals. Apart from the week when SW meals came out and I had a meal a night and lost nothing :rotfl::rotfl:

Yes I have been walking to work this week and felt it today my legs started aching but I carried on regardless only other way to get there by that time was a taxi (no bus was due) and I wasn't ringing for one.

If I call it goal I will probably lose next week ;)

    Hi all

tweets I would say only you know what you are happy with. If you would like to lose another 2lb as then psychologically you would be under 11 1/2 stone then go for it. Equally if you are happy the way you are then that's great too. As you don't go to class why don't you try maintaining as though you were at goal and then see if any more comes off naturally, if it does fine if not then you are still at what you are at now. Sorry it makes sense to me but not sure if it makes sense written down:p

Congrats to all the losers and sts and good luck to the gainers.

menu for me as follows today
    Breakfast: SW sausages x 2 2 x field mushrooms
lunch: 4 x ryvita, philly (He A and B), cherry toms and cucumber, yoghurt, 2 satsumas
dinner: Campfire stew, cubed potatoes, babycorn, sugar snap peas and carrots
  • Hiya slimmers I've not been around much but I'm still here on plan. Was my WI today and a loss of 2.75 lbs getting rid of that pesky quarter of a lb that was annoying me last week :D Well done to the other losers and STSers this week :T

Will try and post a bit more but I need extra hours in the day at the moment, am frantic with uni revision and work is a bit hectic right now too.

    Hope everyone is well :)

  • Tweets, call weight now and if you want to lose another couple you can try and get to a couple under target if you feel like it. You've done so well, seems daft to struggle to lose a final two pounds.

Well done to all the fab losers reporting in today :T

You have done so well tweets - please don't beat yourself up over 2lbs. Why not try maintaining for a few weeks and see how things go. The 2lbs might disappear if you take the pressure off yourself. You can always adjust your target by a few lbs as you are doing it yourself whereas if you were attending class you might have to lower target by a minimum of 7lbs I think. At the end of the day there is only you who will know for sure when the best time is to call target.

DH tried his cheapo spiralizer on carrot tonight and it wasn't very successful but and more success with cucumber. Will try it on different carrots another time. Should be good for courgettes.

Have had a reasonable day of eating so far - just contemplating a little asda fruit split lolly.
