Well done for losing salduck, uktigerlily, P2TKL, candyapple and cte1111.

Tweets, you are the only person who knows whether you will be happy if you stop now or not. If you do call target and decide it wasn’t the right decision, you can always change your mind. And vice versa applies too. You are in charge; you don’t need to conform to some law that doesn’t exist. Either way, we are all proud of your achievements. :j

Another pretty good day (I think the lovely weather helps). I had my first Mars ice cream bar of the season today (7 syns); it seems much sweeter (and smaller) than I remember. I'd been so looking forward to it and now I'm in take it or leave it mode. :(

    Friday’s plan
Breakfast: ham & hexa cheese omelette, ½ grapefruit
    Lunch: celery soup
Dinner: chicken tikka masala, boiled rice
Snacks (choose from): ff nat yogurt & strawberries/2 garibaldi biscs (4 syns)/2 ginger snaps (5 syns)/1 chocolate digestive (4 syns)/cottage cheese+pineapple+ham roll ups/ something involving hexb - toast & jam (1 syn), maybe

Tweets, call weight now and if you want to lose another couple you can try and get to a couple under target if you feel like it. You've done so well, seems daft to struggle to lose a final two pounds.

    Thank you jock :)
Well done to all the fab losers reporting in today :T

You have done so well tweets - please don't beat yourself up over 2lbs. Why not try maintaining for a few weeks and see how things go. The 2lbs might disappear if you take the pressure off yourself. You can always adjust your target by a few lbs as you are doing it yourself whereas if you were attending class you might have to lower target by a minimum of 7lbs I think. At the end of the day there is only you who will know for sure when the best time is to call target.

DH tried his cheapo spiralizer on carrot tonight and it wasn't very successful but and more success with cucumber. Will try it on different carrots another time. Should be good for courgettes.

Have had a reasonable day of eating so far - just contemplating a little asda fruit split lolly.

    Noone to blame but myself.

Are you two joining me in jail for a few days?? I've heard it's good for weight loss, Speed food cop maman comes and feeds us loads of speed foods ;)

Tweets - i'd personally want my goal to be 11.7 but that's because I have number OCD.. so take no notice of me :rotfl: if you feel comfortable and are happy with yourself then call target, if you decide to go down another couple of lbs at a later date then that's fine!

Free icecream, chocolate and cookies tonight from my Tesc0 voucher free trial :( so line drawn and back to it for next week..

Some red days I think... will plan some meals tomorrow for next week.
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

    Evening

WOW - so many posts since this morning and some fantastic results, well done to the losers. :T

Tweets - I agree with the advice a couple of others have offered, i.e. Try maintaining for a while and see how you get on. That stubborn couple of pounds might just disappear of their own accord. My personal opinion is that you can be TOO thin, so if you feel happy as you are, why go further?

I'd like some advice from everyone too. I'm considering joining a SW group but I'm not convinced I need to. I've done ok with the support of DH and everyone here but I wonder if I would lose more if I joined a group. If you go to a group, what benefits do you feel it gives you?

I personally wouldn't join a group but you do need strong willpower going it alone. ;)
