    SHALA I have STS

Can I have some help please ?

    I am 5ft 9" and would say medium/big frame ;)
    I weigh now 11st 8 and half lbs. :D

I don't know if my body is trying to tell me I am at goal now.
I feel slim apart from my belly which I don't think will go completely ;)

Can I have your honest opinions please spring into springers ?
Would you say GOAL now or carry on trying to lose the 2 lbs and then say GOAL  ?
I will carry on with SW I am not about to give up all my good work but I am sat here thinking to say I am at GOAL now. :)

Don't all rush at once :p

Sorry for all the rambling and the essay but I am confused and that's not hard for me to confuse myself  :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.

Tweets only you can know when you are done, if you want to keep trying for that 2 lbs it is only 2 lbs after all so it wouldn't be a big deal if you did call target and the same way its not like you are striving for the unachievable.

You are 4 inches taller than me btw and we are very nearly the same weight.

I was down at 10.5 at my lowest and that was too slim for me, I'm trying to get back down to 10.9 now. Not looking like its happening anytime soon though.

I'm medium /big boned as well, though I hate to admit me - it sounds horrible and I wonder why I wasn't a dainty little thing! I have big norks (as Mildredd) would say and big feet (hateful) !" So I would say your weight is definitely slim for your height but only you can know when you happy to call it a day with the losing and maintain.

Shala - Ill be joining you with a big gain this week so don't worry we can start planning to seriously get our acts together for the next challenge

    meg~~dont know sorry.

    tweets~~I would call target now.
I see this a lot at weigh & my personal opinion is that our bodies tell us when enough is enough.
There are several people in our group who have been trying to loose 2/3 lbs for Christmas.
Remember you can go 3 lbs each way so you could still loose another 2 if you want.HTH.

Your BMI is now in the healthy range.

Thanks lantanna. I will see what others say before I make a decision but I think I am already 75 -25% at my answer.

On all the primary school photos I am the tallest and biggest being big/medium boned that's with lads on pic as well :(
I have always wished I was dainty and a girly girl but I am not.

I definitely don't have big norks if you referring to boobies :rotfl: and my feet are size 6/7 depending on width 6 in Crocs 7 nearly all others :D
