In my eyes, there is no bad fruit.
I eat tons of it, and I still lose weight at a steady rate.
I am going to disregard this, I'm sure that the intention of SW (if it is indeed a SW policy) is not to go backwards in time and make things complicated.
It is their policy - the list of speed foods used to include pineapple, banana, grapes, kiwi and mango and now it doesn't, so if you're eating any of those to make up 1/3rd of your intake on EE it doesn't count.

Talking of fruit I've just came across a little worm in a Blackberry :rotfl: I wonder how many syns he is :rotfl:
I was picking blackberries with my children once and just as I was about to pop a lovely juicy one in my mouth, a maggot popped its head out - put me right off blackberries for a long time.
Reminds me of a joke: what's worse than finding a maggot in an apple?
A: finding half a maggot in an apple. :rotfl:
