Hello all, I've been a stranger again :o We rejigged our living room and there's nowhere convenient to leave my laptop - stupid thing really but I keep not going to get it out. I miss you though and keep thinking about the thread!

Had two gains, went tonight hoping to have lost a little of it again and got a zilch, zero, nada, STS :(

I honestly thought a little bit would have come back off. I have to be honest though, I haven't been on plan so I wasn't expecting much but a little in the right direction.

Today has been good plan wise though and I have to draw a line and move on, hopefully downwards this week. I'll try and catch up with you all this week :)

    Thank you

All I am doing is the Extra Easy plan, nothing special
Have a Menu diary, record syns, stick to the rules.
Anyone can do it, it just takes consistent effort.
When I started the challenge, I had no idea that I would get anywhere near target, it was just a wild guess.
    SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb

Mrs_R, I hope you have a good day. I’m happy to see that you are maintaining a positive attitude in spite of everything.

Sorry you’re having a tough time too, fay.

    Hugs for you too, lantanna.

Oh, lush, I remember those days of carrying absolutely everything everywhere. It took forever to pack/unpack; it sometimes felt as if it wasn’t worth the effort – by the time we arrived it was nearly time to leave!

Talk of the frozen water reminded me that we used to freeze a gallon container of diluting juice whenever we went on a picnic. It meant that we had ready to serve iced drinks, just as Denise suggested.

Well done on losses, Mrs_R, fay, jock and b-e-g.
    Congrats SOTW, Smedley!

    Thanks for keeping track, shala.

I’ve behaved pretty well, even allowing for an over-lunchtime hospital appt which meant I wasn’t home from 11.30 until 3 o’clock. I did NOT get lured into eating off plan (I actually went into the shop to buy choc, but I didn’t see anything I really fancied, ie Fry’s Cream lol; and I went into the caf!, but again, I wasn’t tempted). I held out for my sandwich when I got home – even although I still had to make it!!!!!

    Tomorrow is supposed to be:
Breakfast: fruit salad with ML yogurt
Lunch: I’m going out, but hoping for a JP with prawn mayo & salad (couple of syns for mayo) – don’t actually know if this will be an option though
Dinner: spaghetti Bolognese with parmesan (1½ syns)
Snacks (choose from): ff nat yogurt & strawberries/2 garibaldi biscs (4 syns)/2 ginger snaps (5 syns)/1 chocolate digestive (4 syns)

    Hang on in there, everyone.

Trying to keep focussed so tomorrow I am having:

B - French toast with cheese HEX A&B followed by yoghurt and fruit
L - Chicken salad with loads of cut up veggies included then grapes and strawberries
D - Spaghetti Bolognese with added vegetables then a fruit salad to follow

Syns - Either a curly wurly, freddo or solero depending on what I feel in the mood for and a skinny latte

Exercise is planned too and I have been making more of an effort to move more throughout the day, every little bit helps :D
