I am happy with that really I suppose considering I have only been back on plan since Sunday and all the un sw friendly food and drink that were consumed whilst away in Scotland.
I am another who won't reach my target next week but I shall join in again with renewed gusto if that is ok with all of you.

It's really worth pushing yourself for that final hurdle crabapple. I'd suggest making a plan and then writing everything down so you can keep tabs on yourself as you go and adjust if needed. I'm sure you'll feel better if you make the effort to go for your run tonight. OK you'll still be worn out on the sofa but just an hour or so later.;)

Even once a week at the gym shows you're hanging on in there and definitely don't buy new clothes. It's hard with the health problems but try and stuff your face with SW friendly food instead.:)

That sounds like a financial struggle with the rugby lush, especially the accommodation.:T for dedication. I'll post the bits from the magazine later but it's just one page of swaps for conventional (sandwich/crisps) meal deals. You'll probably know most of it so not worth the price of the magazine unless you fancy treating yourself.

:Ton having 10 syns left for the week denise. Perfect planning.....

I was pleased with myself last night. I'm not used to an evening WI and for the first time got that 'WI went OK so I'll have a treat' feeling. We still have a few pieces of all butter shortbread (late Christmas gift) left and they were calling to me. Fortunately I stuck with tea and didn't eat. I know I've got plenty of treats coming up this week so that would have been a waste.

So no meal plan as such today. I've had my lightest SW breakfast (HEX Puffed Wheat) and then out for monthly lunch including wine syns with a particular group of friends . Generally I'm greedy and don't want any more food for the day but if I do it'll be SW friendly.

Don't know about perfect planning - think it's more by luck than judgement:rotfl:

Well done for not tucking into the shortbread:A - that's one of the few biscuits I would eat if they were in the house! Although now that DH has finally decided to give SW a proper go there are now no biscuits or crisps left in the house - so no more having the odd crisp when he opens the packet!

I know Maman, just getting really annoyed with myself. I'd done so well and now gradually it would seem that I'm going to throw it all away. Got to pick myself up and get on with it. I rang the hospital yesterday and I've another 10 months on the waiting list so the operation won't be happening anytime soon so I def just have to get on with it.

Just wish I wasn't so tired all the time

Smedely eating is interlinked with my mood and money for me. If the funds are really low I struggle with my eating as I can't generally buy what I want and when I have money I get all excited about it and the variety I can buy etc.

The mood is a strange one, I've been sad and wanted to eat and sad and not wanted to eat - same goes with happy can work both ways:eek:

Just found this on line and thought it was quite interesting now that SW have separated fruit into groups.

I can understand some of the reasoning, grapes for example are easy to eat in large quantities and are high in sugar, but what about kiwi fruit which are only 43 calories and 10g of carbohydrate. Not that easy to eat either, unless you buy them ready prepped.

A pear is speed food yet they have 27.5g of carb and 103 calories per medium fruit. That's more than pineapple or banana.

I really miss the shrug smiley, I wonder where it went... *shrugs*

A kiwi also has more Vitamin C than an Orange and Blueberries are on the naughty list as well and are really high in antioxidants as well as being low calorie.

Talking of fruit I've just came across a little worm in a Blackberry :rotfl: I wonder how many syns he is :rotfl:

Just tucked in to the salad I brought to work for my lunch...delish! Can honestly say I'm looking forward to tonights version with a bit of salmon.

Think I will turn tonight's left overs (will definitely be some fish as it's a morrisons savers pack of fillets which I bought reduced and froze) in to a nice salad bowl for work tomorrow :)

Just been informed I have to go to a meeting on Friday with some top bods so will get lunch provided (no doubt sandwiches and cake as that's the other staff's go to lunch) but that's ok as I will be extra good other days to make up for it. Then Monday I have a meeting about the rugby club so will be in a coffee shop. Though I'll probably stick to tea or a soft drink if the fine weather holds up then will be taken for a nice lunch but again I'll choose wisely and behave the rest of the week until the London trip.

ETA: not sure wha recipe or techniques MIL used for this cake but it's very doughy and not very cake-y in texture (not light and fluffy or open textured at all) so I think I'll eat my chocolate finger and 2 milky way magic stars and that will be it! = syn saving

In my eyes, there is no bad fruit.
I eat tons of it, and I still lose weight at a steady rate.
I am going to disregard this, I'm sure that the intention of SW (if it is indeed a SW policy) is not to go backwards in time and make things complicated.
    SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb

I cant get my head around it either, so I ignore it and justhave what fruit I fancy, do try to avoid grapes as can easily eat the whole punnet in one go.
