Oh no its back!!!!
I'm assuming you mean strange page layout? I elected to go back to normal but it's not normal it's just in the middle of the screen. Anyone know how to get it back to proper width?
You're a great planner lush, which we all know is the secret of success with SW (well that and the other one;)). Your list looks good. I liked the list of sensible swaps in this months magazine for lunches on the go. I had no idea that McD's do a chicken and bacon salad. Being nosy, do you get the hotel money back from the sports body?
Been to WI and oddly enough my usual consultant was there covering. She was doing an introductory talk with a group so I went up to do a twirl so she could claim me as her target member. She's not brilliant but she's a nice person so I thought she deserved a bit of flattery.
Gain, as expected, but only 1.5 lbs which is fine after all my off plan meals over Easter and considering it was an evening WI. So even if the coming week results in STS I'll be fine with it.
Sorry holly, don't know which spiraliser might be good value so better wait until someone who has one comes along.0 -

Great Jock, just hope this is your real weigh-in
Success is achieved by constant effort.
This gives me the idea to get some spare batteries for my scales before they start messing up my weigh-in.
At least I won't have to wait a week to swap my batteries.
You would have thought manufacturers could integrate a low battery indicator on all scales, not rocket science...SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -

Cheers for the chart Shala! I have 3.5lb to go to be back where I started at the beginning of the challenge. How many weeks have we got left?0
-
1/2 lb on for me please Shala.
I am very pleased with that as this week I have had 2 pub lunches, a Chinese take-away and chippy fish and chips and too many alcohol syns. lol have thoroughly enjoyed myself and happy to be a little pig. I am still 4lb under my original target of 10 stone. Just wish I hadn't have reset to 9.5 stone. Ohhhhh my poor fivers.
