No problem, I know how hard it is to keep track of a busy thread as I used to do it myself, in fact it was me who started the chart having borrowed the idea from the £2 saving club. :D

I've been on holiday, so missed 2 weigh ins. Weighed in last night and had a loss of 2lb. Pleased with that, I did stick to the plan before going away and tried to make healthy choices but did have lots of nice food whilst away.

Hi all, weather is nuts here. Got thoroughly soaked walking the dog but now it's glorious sunshine :p

Sorry to hear of your diagnosis Mrs R, constant pain is draining as I know but mine is nothing compered to that. Hope it's manageable soon.

Oh Shala, fingers crossed it's nothing serious. Scary stuff though.

My tummy is in knots thinking about going back to work next week :(. Am seriously thinking of changing my job and all because of the stress of working with 1 child - 1 child for gods sake it's making me ill so is it worth it. I love the rest of my job and I know it's not the child's fault, more the lack of support but am struggling to cope. Had 2 weeks off so should be relaxed but have spent the whole time thinking/stressing about it all :(.
loss .5lb piffling amount but still a loss. Oh and meds seem to be working, I even had a flat tummy this morning (well was laying down :rotfl:). Still drinking loads (for me) loo visits are driving me mad though :o.
Have a good weekend all and keep the faith.

    Frogga,where are you?

Shala, think this post got missed from the chart :o
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
    Keep the Faith All

    Well done both!:T:T
I understand where you're coming from on the 'emotional eating' debate smedley. Before I started SW I needed to cut down on alcohol habits. For me it was a habit/lifestyle choice that I'd fallen into but soon realised for others it was a physical addiction. I don't know enough to be able to comment on whether chocolate or whatever can be addictions (but I have heard of people having issues with cola) but I can see that there's a parallel between the traditional 'drowning sorrows' and comfort eating. Comfort eating always seems to be about eating things like chocolate or biscuits or crisps rather than bingeing on fruit and veg!! Neither is associated with being thirsty or hungry but both can result in weight gain and then in a downward spiral of hating yourself for getting fat.

I'm sure there are other ways but for me SW is the answer. I can drink alcohol in moderation and stay within syns. For others they can eat chocolate and stay within syns. The rest of the time I eat healthily and feel in control (and smug:o).

    Good morning all,

It's a STS for me this week please Shala. I'll take that after the few days off for the tournament.

Bf is back from camp tonight so I did quite a few of the jobs last night. Just the ironing to finish off at some point and the car seat to wipe down but I'll do the car seat tonight whilst tea cooks before I unload his car anyway.

    Today:
breakfast: fancied a change so brought 2 eggs and a wholemeal roll (HeB) to work and made myself scrambled egg on toast. Sweet clem
Lunch: pesto pasta (only about 3tbsps and I put 1tbsp of pesto through the whole lot so I think 2syns should be an overestimate) with salad (lettuce, green pepper, cucumber, cherry toms) and the leftover salmon from last night. satsuma
Tea: beef meatballs with pasta with garlic bread (1slice) and a side alad. Not sure on syns (3 meatballs from muscle foods, ASDA Bolognese sauce (not much of that though))but it will definitely take me over as the past few days and most days to come before Friday the plan is to be really good.

Our finance lady and I are both pretty sure my P60 is wrong :/ that or 90% of the tax I've been paying since I came back to work (October) hasn't been received/noted by the tax man! so she's looking in to that for me today - something else to niggle away inside my head :/
