I have decided what I am doing :T
My weight next Thursday will be my goal weight and I am hoping its 11st 7lb or less
After that I will still eat SW but have a few more treats and will still be weighing in the same every Thursday0 -
Afternoon
Loving these crazy smilies! And you can be arrested for impersonating a police officer lois!:rotfl:
 I've had the cutest best afternoon, we went to see some kittens that were born last night :happyhear they were so gorgeous.. then I came home to misery snob cat :rotfl: I so wanted to steal the kittens but he wouldn't be impressed!
Aah... I've never seen newborn kittens, they must be so tiny. My friend recently got 2 British blue kittens and she's been putting pictures on FB since they were a few weeks old. I love cats but I'm allergic to them.I don't think you need class do you Lois? you seem to have done brilliantly without it :T:T
I'm a bit worried that my determination will start to flag and going to a group would give me more of a focus, but in all honesty being part of this thread is motivating so maybe I'll save my money.Apparently all the mega stars have bigger feet lantanna, so you're in good company - they were saying Sandra Bullock was a 9, but I assume that's American sizes, otherwise  Glad you're a bit more positive.. xx
I saw that, it was in the Daily Mail and there were a few stars with size 9's - Julia Roberts, Jerry Hall, Kate Winslet, Cate Blanchett, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Angelina Jolie but apart from Jerry Hall I don't think the others wear a UK size 9. An American size 9 is equivalent to a UK7. Jerry Hall is very tall though so I think she might have large feet. I take a size 9 and the length of my feet doesn't alter with my weight but the width does.I have decided what I am doing :T

Good decision. The trick to maintaining is to be a bit more flexible but be prepared to be strictly on plan for a while if you exceed 3 or 4 pounds over your target weight, so you're doing exactly what you need to do.

RE: tweets
After all the effort and discipline, learning about portion size & healthy foods, how should one eat when one has reached target?
I am guessing one eats healthily, but with an eye on the scales, just in case it tips the wrong way again.
I am assuming the above because early intervention is easier than the difficult journey many of us are, or have been on.
I love the SW meals, I have never eaten so well.SW loss= 15.5kg / 2st 6.2lb0 -

This is something I am unsure about Smedley that's why I will be weighing same time on Thursday I don't want to undo all my good work. Cant say hard work I didn't find it that hard eating healthily .0 -

Good plan tweets. I feel so sad for people who've lost with SW and then say they've put it all back on. regular monitoring has to be the answer.

If you go to a group there's a leaflet they give you about maintaining at target but I've never read it.:o I believe the SW way is to have some more HEXs but much though I love cheese, if I have a choice between bread or wine, no contest!!:rotfl:
So I just have extra syns BUT monitor my weight regularly (some weighing but also how loose/tight clothes feel). Then if I feel I'm getting to top of target range I get strict with myself.0 -

I didn't get the leaflet - it wasn't around when I got to target, LOL! Know what you mean re bread v wine!

I still weigh in every week even though I've been at target for about 4 years.

Hello!
Well done losers, sympatea and Lois.
I love all the “deterrents!/punishments you’re thinking up! How do you get those fancy smilies into your posts? Mine just turn into wee squares if they’re not from the mse collection.
That sounds like a good plan, tweets. You still have a target to reach (albeit vague) and keep you motivated rather than just fading away (to a shadow).
Friday’s plan had to be altered – lunch (“made” by DH) was a ham sandwich (hexb + 4 syns and a 33.8g “Surpise!” mars bar (7½ syns)
Dinner, though not what was planned was fine – sirloin steak, sweet potato wedges & cauliflower, followed by ML toffee yogurt & banana
Tomorrow
Breakfast: hexb 2 x Alpen Light bars (not sure if I’ll like this – I like the bars, but rather as a biscuit but I’m using up my stores this week) , ML yogurt & fruit
Lunch: celery soup - think we’ll need it tomorrow with the weather
Dinner: don’t know, but probably mug shot as it’s just me for dinner, fruit & hexa cheese
Snacks (choose from): ff nat yogurt & strawberries/2 garibaldi biscs (4 syns)/2 ginger snaps (5 syns)/1 chocolate digestive (4 syns)/cottage cheese+pineapple+ham roll upsSewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400
