I've not heard any good reports of SW online. I suppose if it's impossible to get information any other way it's an option but once you get the hang of it I don't think it offers much.

I found an article on the SW website about being at target. It was mostly personal stories but this:

Once you’ve started losing weight with Food Optimising and reached your target, it can be hard to stop! Be prepared to have a few experimental weeks after reaching your target where you can try increasing and/or reducing Healthy Extras until you find the balance that’s right for you.

Don’t panic if you have a small gain – reduce your Healthy Extras slightly and remember that Food Optimising will get you back to where you want to be.

Be careful with foods which you know are your personal ‘danger zones’. It’s all too easy to slip back into old habits - overeating cakes, biscuits, chocolate and pastries, or fast foods like chips, burgers and pizzas. If it starts to happen, don’t hide away and stop going to your group. Have a chat with your Consultant, go back to Food Optimising 100% for a week, and then start introducing additional Healthy Extras, one at a time.

Body Magic is another great way to help you stay on target. Slimming World’s nutritionist, Dr. Jacquie Lavin says, ‘There’s a lot of research to suggest that people who are active are more successful at maintaining their weight than those who are not. The more exercise you do, the easier you should find it to control your weight.’

    was the advice.

All pretty basic and obvious. I'd imagine the people who are at risk of regaining the weight are those who feel they can stop the 'diet' and go back to 'normal'.

Strange day here. I've had a SW breakfast (kippers and soda bread), probably just have coffee and half Crunchie at football for lunch. Then tonight I'm going to a dance that has nibbly buffet so it'll depend what's available. 100% back on it tomorrow whatever happens.

    Good Afternoon :)

    Thank you for this maman
Not had a crunchie for over a year nom nom ;)

Please can you put me down for 1 off for last week? Xx

:T on your loss and to you too tie.:T

I decided to make myself something for lunch after all, although it was 3.30. Reasoned I wouldn't be too hungry when I go out so might be sensible with the buffet. I had ham with fried tinned potatoes, a pile of LO veg and some pickles. Yum!!

    Good week.SallyC. TIE and djenks.

    Thinking about you, lantanna.

Well, I’ve gone over the score today. I was tidying up (dangerous) and came across a box of maltesers , so I tidied them into me! Then tonight we were at a ceilidh – and there was a buffet. And you all know I have no will power, so ……. I blame the Alpen Light bars for breakfast – that was just wrong! Never again.

    Tomorrow
Breakfast: hexb porridge made with water, fruit
    Lunch: celery soup
Dinner: chicken tikka masala, boiled rice
Snacks (choose from): ff nat yogurt & strawberries/2 garibaldi biscs (4 syns)/2 ginger snaps (5 syns)/1 chocolate digestive (4 syns)/cottage cheese+pineapple+ham roll ups

We are probably going to Dobbie’s tiomorrow. I have tea/coffee vouchers, so no doubt I will succumb to a tasty treat. Sorry in advance. Sending will power aiding vibes to you all.

I didn't have too bad a night with the buffet. If I'd been getting to target I could have been totally SW friendly. Someone had even made fruit kebabs and there was plenty of cold meat and salad. I did have some things with mayo and a small piece of raspberry tart but mostly OK. Biggest plus was I volunteered to drive so had no wine syns, most unusual for a Saturday evening. AND did loads of dancing so high on Body Magic.:)
