Hasn't stopped me from helping people. And his / her witterings have further enforced their conning status so all good from my perspective.

There have been a number of occasions in various threads over the last year or so where it has been said (to the effect) 'It would be good if an actual PPC were to come to the forum and discuss the issues'.

This was the first one (apart from Perky's occasional ent-rants) to have identified themselves and seemed willing to engage in some form of rational debate, if somewhat evasively. But he/she has now been given little or no chance to develop things further.

Unfortunately many of the 'pack' went for the jugular rather than the brain. He/she may come back to debate, but if not, we've really missed an opportunity!

For Computersaysno this 'Useless thread' I took the trouble to open, can now die - as you clearly desire!

C'est la vie! C'est la mort!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I kind of agree with you but then don't.

Yes, it is good a PPC employee has engaged but they have not answer any questions in a way I would call 'openly'.

If a PPC member is prepared to both admit who they work for and not dismiss people concerns then that would be good. Anything else is an utter waste of time.

For to summarise, we need an official PPC voice on here. Not someone hiding behind a username and not detailing who they work for.

Hang on, I am not sure that Cat is a troll, he has not come up with any arguments so far that convince me that the MO of most of the PPCs has a shred of legitimacy, but I think that that mainly is because the Law is weak in this field. Also, because of the lowly status of County Courts.

Is not the average Moben/Dolphin salesman just as dishonest to sell an O.A.P a kitchen/bathroom at £1,000 more than he can, and pocket the difference.

However, I will ask Cat one questions which I hope he will address. He says he provides a service for the landowner, what service did UKPC provide Roger Davey?

    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?377246-UKPC-liable-for-trespass-**SUCCESS**

Mr Davey was one of those landowners whom UKPC were employed to assist. Why therefore did they try to get money to which they were unentitled out of him? As Mr B says, they chose the wrong marine, but this marine was a barrister.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

No i will not name my employer as i am sure many other forum people wont name who they work for.

Who WE work for though is irrelevant to the private parking discussion. Who YOU work for is entirely relevant.

There haven't been that many questions asked - and the thread was only opened this morning, and for just a few hours before he/she said they were going to work! He/she won't be back home yet.

Do you think they'd be in any way encouraged to do so if this is the stuff they'd have to deal with? Hmmm.
