If you look at the multitude of small print on Parking Eye's signs you will see buried in there are disclaimers saying that their only job is to look after parking. The condition of the car park is nothing to do with them.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • but they don,t look after parking , they have no parking attendants on the ground , all they do is set a camera up to time the amount of time on the site.

you can park sideways , or do anything you like on a PE car park , they won,t see it.
  • Thanks Tristontana, but surely if offering /allowing people to utilise their services they would have a duty of care :rotfl:

Hordes of ambulance chasers will be pursuing him and his ilk seeking to get people's money back, and if he phoenixs his company the ambulance chasers will go for the principals instead, which will make clients rather hard to come by

And woe betide the sole traders such as Steven Cheetham. You can't Phoenix a human being. Personal bankruptcy looms.

'Cheetham' - how ironic, like 'Wright Hassall'!

Quite seriously, how can anyone go to ''work'' knowing that they are sending fake parking ticket demands for a living

In fairness the court of appeal may have a different view on whether such tickets are 'fake'.

As for rather being unemployed, I'd rather someone was working for a PPC than being subsidised by my taxes to be honest.

Then they are subsidized by the poor motorist who is frightened by their threatograms and pay up.

    I wouldn't.

I have had conversations with my kids where I said I would rather they worked for McDonalds or were unemployed after leaving Uni than work for scum.

Agreed. Nothing wrong with being honestly unemployed whilst doing one's utmost to get employed. I'd far rather subsidise someone doing that than see them working for and as crooks.

I'm all for people working rather than claiming benefits but I'd struggle to suggest working for a PPC or a drug dealer or a thief would be my preference over people getting some of my hard earned tax.
