Proserve Enforcement Solutions in breach of the Legal Services Act 2007. AND unlawfully using Keeper Information for a purpose not declared to DVLA.
ParkingEye, VCS, APCOA, ANPR, MET etc fraudulently claiming Keeper Liability on "not relevant land"
CEL being prosecuted for Fraud.
That's not a few bad apples, that's a huge part of the industry.0 -

you lot have just been "trolled" and wasted 54 posting on nothing
Well, I for one do not feel that I have wasted my time. I too was once accused of being a PPC troll on here, because I was own some flats which are subject to anti-social parking, and can see the problem from the landowners side.
Frankly, Cat, PPCs may be getting away with murder at the moment, just as clampers did before POFA, make hay while the sun shines, or mend the roof, it is up to you.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

Ah well, it seems to be having some impact anyway.catoninetails wrote: »Landowners (and there are many of them) use companies like ours to provide them with a service which we do. If we didnt then they wouldnt renew contracts (which they do)
In the case of Davey there always going to be cases where this doesnt work like it should.
If landowners didnt get the service they asked for then parking companies would be out of business.
But what service? What do you do to justify the contract renewal?0 -

This forum is often a laughing stock in the industry. Not because you help people with tickets or do all and sundry, but due to the fact you make everything appear so much more important than what it really is.
This and other forums get right under your skin and cause you a lot of problems and money. If they didn't exist then nor would your job, Tinfoil.0
