Suffolk_lass said:Ooh that looks great! I would have been soo tempted to add £20.22 to the OP total though, to get that total reduction to a nice round figure. I know, it is just my brain. Well done and don't be disheartened by a prudent slow-down in progress.
Exactly what I was thinking SL when I saw that too, my method, or maybe ocd kicking in
However, it's a strange world we live in atm, and can understand the method in the . . . .Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.195 -

Well we had a family go on the virtual grand national to support the NHS. We pretty much broke even, so I've withdrawn the winnings and will OP the cash as I was willing to lose it anyway. Seems a pretty good deal to me!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......7

Not much going on in SJ Towers. Mrs SJ is working, partly from home but she's gone in today. Kids are 'off school' for Easter hols and I'm finding motivation difficult. I have a fence to paint and a patio to jetwash and re-cement, but I'm not finding any enthusiasm for the tasks!
I've made a few TT's this week, to keep the MF ticking along.MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......5 -

Bizarre times indeed lippy. I had a word with myself yesterday evening and am going to crack on with the fence today. After my dog walk of course!
82p TT this morning. Keep chipping away at that iceberg!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......7 -
Well I made a start on the fence and typically ran out of paint with 1 panel and the gate to go! So perhaps 85% done. I have ordered some paint to finish off, so hopefully that will be a few days. I also got the patio powerwashed and followed it up by using the brush in cement to finish it off. So a quick brush and tidy up this morning and a major job has been done. Some weeding to do today at the front (we only have a small patch so an hour should cover it), and perhaps some 'haircutting' of the shrubs.
Lost track of the days today and OP'd out TT pot a say early! £5.07 sent to mortgage.
