Now those few posts make feel a tad more at ease with the whole present thing. It's the single thing that I get anxious over!
Relatively quiet day today, given I'm still in work! I have 57 items ending in an hour so fingers crossed there's a couple of sales.
Just 5 days to accounts posting, and 5 days to the end of year 1. I can't believe how fast it's gone and how much progress we've made. Equally I can't believe how much I've stuck to this diary!
Right I've got 15mins at my desk with a brew before locking up time, so I'll have a quick read of a few diaries.MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -
I love payday, even though it tempts me to OP £2k straightaway!! I TT'd 65p instead... I small item sold fir a profit of £1.02!
Diamond went down well, as did the soppy picture. 3 mummy cards seems excessive though... So I've got away with it for 2 weeks until Mother's Day!
In other news DS1 came home from school with blu tac holding his glasses together, so yet another trip to the opticians beckons.MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0 -
I love that you were tempted to OP £2000 but then decided to OP 65p instead

I can't tell you how often we are at the opticians to have glasses repaired. It's impossible to keep up! Luckily as he's only 7 it's free, but no wonder the NHS is broke. I keep saying there's no point in us picking nicer glasses with a top up payment as it'll cost us a small fortune. He had a shower still wearing them the other day.
Anyway eBay postage cost 74p which I paid for out of my small change jar, so I did the honourable thing when I got home and OP'd the 74p :rotfl:. Same will happen tomorrow as well as we've sold another small item. Mrs SJ really rolled her eyes when I paid in 1p, 2p and 5p's!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0
