However, login asks for email, password and account id. I've never received an account id so I've sent them an email asking how to get one.
EDIT - just realised the account number is on the card - it's the 9 digit number underneath your name!!
I have tried all that and still no joy. I have also tried to reset my password as I thought that might be wrong but I still get the same messages "Looks like there's been a problem with the details you provided. Please try again" when I try to login and "Looks like something has gone wrong, please try again later" when I request a new password.
I emailed them on Sunday but haven't heard back from them as yet.LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.

Those messages look familiar.
I can log in. I have successfully used a linked Visa card and the transaction has reached my credit card account. All good so far.
I want to add a MasterCard but am getting the 'something's wrong' standard message. I've e-mailed a couple of times with no response yet.0 -
I got a response today from them telling me they had reset my password after I had already sorted the issue!LBM: Dec 2012 - Debt £38,180/ Now £0.

I want to add a MasterCard but am getting the 'something's wrong' standard message.
I wanted to add my Marriott Rewards MasterCard. This was not possible because it is regarded as a store card. (Creation, the issuer, is also a store card issuer.)
Two others added successfully. I will compare the results.0 -
Morning.
I have a Supercard, but I'm afraid there are issues.
The current one is that my app and their system don't tie up, this means I currently can't access my card PIN number. This is viewable in the app, you have to put your password in to see it, even if your logged in the app. This isn't the issue though. The problem is, the password I use to log in to the app and the website, isn't the same one their system uses. When I call customer services (This is problem 2) they take you through security and ask for letters from your password, at this point, their system still wants my old password.
So I tried logging into the app and website with my new password (Clealy working as it logs me in) but then using my old password as found on their system to get my PIN, it correctly tells me the password is wrong. I'm away at the minute and deliberately didn't bring many Euros as I thought this card was going to be good, that's the idea right? But now I'm going to have to resort to my credit card.
Problem 2 is customer services, this is virtually non existent and very, very slow.
This sounds a very good idea, but if it's going to work they have quite a bit to work on......A computer once beat me at chess.

The supercard app is buggy and it crashes when I view transactions.
However I used it to buy stuff in Italy online and the transaction do work for the visa rates of the day with no charges.
I also want to ask, if I withdraw EUROS from an ATM machine in Canary Wharf, London, will there be any charges, despite linking it to a credit card?"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Oh, and you can't use a credit card-linked SuperCard in a UK ATM. FAQ's:As Supercard is a travel product some fees and restrictions apply for using it in the UK, if you use your debit card you'll be charged 50p per POS transaction and £2 per ATM transaction. If you use your credit card at a POS terminal or ATM in the UK it will not work.
Why not try it and see what happens?0 -
Anyone having experience in being able to use the Supercard with a betting site (William Hill, for example)?
I'm curious if the linked credit card will still consider this as eligible spend for rewards (typically the credit cards don't award spend on cash advances, gambling sites etc).0
