At the bottom of the supercard.io site there is a statement that says:
"Supercard is issued by IDT Financial Services Limited pursuant to a licence from Visa Europe"
Perhaps this is because they are still in negotiation with Visa Europe regarding a commission share set up.0 -

I highly doubt they'd get this far without even negotiating how it would be funded!
However they're funding it, it's all done anyway. Once Apple/Google approve their app - probably next week - you can apply for the card.0 -
Just picked this up from ML's newsletter ....but too late ! Pilot is full !!For future holidays looks like a definite runner - just take a handful of currency for start up then use the card either for purchases or ATM withdrawals -I'll be very interested to read initial feedback from anyone who gets one in time for this Summer, especially those who use it successfully in some of the Greek islands!0

It's never a good idea to rely on just one card and I think the current advice for travel to Greece is to take cash.

Well I'm still awaiting a Supercard in the mail, but they appear to be talking about linking credit cards... sometimes...Evolution, not revolution0 -
Mine arrived this morning. Just got in from work and had a couple of glasses of wine so I'll wait until the morning to do anything with it.
I've just linked a credit card. Like malky, I had no problems setting it up.0 -
Used mine when away a couple of days ago, transaction showed on the app within about an hour, nothing has been taken from my liked credit card as yet0
