Travelex Supercard

I ordered mine on the morning it was in the newsletter hoping to get it before 22nd May when I went to corfu. I never got it but it was waiting for me when I got back.

I'm not sure when I'm going to use it now.

Some online services I use charge in dollars and I get fees from my bank, would it be ok to use this card for transactions like that (ie. not holidays)?

Update well the transactions appeared on my credit card about 5 days after i made them and they have been treated as a normal trasnaction

and that means....
entry on credit card statement as bought from boots Cyprus? or what?

It comes up as TMS supercard then the where you spent the money

Tried to use mine in Portugal this week.
ATM gave me the option of the withdrawal in Euros or sterling, selected Euros.
The ATM then stated that the transaction cannot be completed. didn't have the confidence to try it in a retailer transaction.
Supercard had previously told me that I could change my PIN in the uk at an ATM.
No faith in this card at all.

Maybe I haven;t found the right info yet, but ...

If I link a debit card and a credit card to the supercard then how will it know that:
When I use it to withdraw cash from an ATM I want to use debit card?
When I use it to buy fuel at a filling station I want to use credit card?

So I received my card the other day and went onto the app to activate it but I can't as I only have the page saying thank you - thanks for registering your interest etc. Anyone else had this problem?

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. It then gives you the option to login rather than register.

However, login asks for email, password and account id. I've never received an account id so I've sent them an email asking how to get one.

EDIT - just realised the account number is on the card - it's the 9 digit number underneath your name!!
