Methinks a raw nerve has been touched and certain PPCs don't want the truth to come out. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Lets go back to the numbers (http://!!!!!!!/atacheck)
2014 Keeper Request: 46920
2014 Claims issued : 1489
2014 Default wins (%): 66.00%
So ignore the requests and go to the court claims (sure HMCTS do not lie)
If the had 1489 cases at court of which 66% were default wins of £150 (lets drop off the £50 solicitors costs) then
1489 *0.66 * 100 = £98,274 default wins
and that figure is in addition to those that pay up.
If HMRC wants any information, happy to supply it from reliable sources (DVLA/HMCTS)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Them stating they don't have a VAT number whilst clearing making over the VAT threshold. So it's either a lie or tax evasion. Have you got any proof that you're not evading tax?0 -

They may do, however they have to produce a VAT receipt if asked for. Which for some reason they do not want too.0 -
What tax evasion? all you have is some jumped up misguided forum user making unfounded statements with no proof what so ever.
Jumped up I may be Sir, but misguided, I think not, and I think that most of the statements I have made either have foundation, or may may well prove to have if one digs deep enough.
IF you are working for a PPC, you are doing a very bad job of it.sYou never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
With reference to Catoninetails and their increasingly hysterical protestations:

I am reminded of a quote by the late, great Terry Pratchett:
"it's not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere would much rather you weren't doing it"
Keep up the good work, everyone.

They certainly seem to be above the VAT threshold. No actual mention of revenue though?0
