I've been round the whole bungalow and given everything I can get to a dust; including the duster-onna-stick round the high areas.
Can't do the spare room as well as I'd have liked, as all our luggage is in there, but it's better than nothing.
2nd half of our Shepherd Spy for dins tonight, so I'm off the hook for cooking today - hooray!:D
Btw, YL we have "Mint Spies" at Yule, too.:rotfl:
Mr LW is wfh tomorrow, as I have to go for my far-too-frequent meds review at the GP, so I may not get on here - just have to see how we go.;)If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Not feeling so great today. Had the unpleasant experience of seeing my ex husband yesterday which lead to a string of panic attacks, no sleep last night and feeling carp today.
So today I'll be pottering about at home not concentrating on much. Tomorrow my best friend and I go to organise a non-molestation order and the restraining order is up.

So one Frog successfully squished in ringing a well known appliance manufacturer, lets call them Brussell Snobs, and successfully returned my recalled iron for a refund....result! They were really helpful on the phone, and didn't need to wait long either. Makes a change from being reminded that I'm in a queue but my call is sooo important to them....:rotfl:Every act of kindness, no matter how small, isn’t wasted ❤️

Thank all all so much baby turning vibes worked or the midwife felt wrongly. Baby is right way up and all is well with my world.
Consultant came in and gave DD2 the third degree on why she wanted a home birth and said it was risky as her pelvis hadn't been tested and went on to tell her everything that could possibly go wrong then he read through all her notes conceded that hers was so far a test book pregnancy and asked her what she wanted to to. She smiled and said I'd still quite like a home birth he said ok in that case I'm happy to endorse it. The midwife was almost. Punching the air with glee when he left.
Had a scare on the way back when an idiot van driver decided to treat a roundabout as a junction and very nearly hit us, thankful that DD2 has good brakes and reactions but it shock us up.
She's gone home to pick partners kids up from school now but looks much happierSPC~12 ot 124

Excellent news, Mrs MP. I'm really, really pleased for you all.
Three WM loads pegged out on the first really springlike day here. Beautiful. And the chaps are mowing the Hoe, so now I know it's spring.
Shopping done, now all I've got to do is plant the seeds in the nifty little self-watering seedling pots I've been making for the past few weeks and see if they do actually work. That would be good.
I might do a bit of de-cobwebbing later because I found the nifty decobwebber thing yesterday and it looked very forlorn and underused. And we've got cobwebs.Better is good enough.0 -
Belated congratulations to Ionafan on the latest addition to the family. Glad to hear baby has turned Mrs MP.
Lovely day here, but forecast for tomorrow is rubbish, so have 3 loads happily flapping.
Lovely meet up with a friend for coffee this morning.
DD2 and her OH find out tomorrow whether their best and final offer on a house has been accepted. Fingers and toes crossed here atm.
Off to get the washing in.:jFlylady and proud of it:j0
