Bunbun - mum had a period without her licence, after admitting that periodically she lost vision in 1 eye. Tests cleared her to drive again. There was an accident where she wrote off the car. She claimed she had sneezed, but.........
Talked to sister today. She thinks mum is safe, but has told her not to drive whilst on Tramadol.
Now completely uncertain as to best course of action.:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
BunBun & CY - you probably won't take this advice, but I'd contact DVLA myself. If anything serious happened........
Not the kind of advice I'd normally give, I try not to give any so I'm not blamed, but sorry I'm on a bit of a downer tonight.
I've had a lovely weekend with DD but she's gone home now, so with workaholic/alcoholic husband situation, I'm now back to being lonely even with the dogs. And only work to look forward to tomorrow. I'm hoping I can salvage things next weekend when we have plans.
Enough from me, see you all on the new thread tomorrow. Must do ironing.Spend less now, work less later.0 -
CY if it was the cars fault, then get it to a garage, get it checked, then take the keys away from her.......................

Maybe the cat was intending to hoover the house for you as a lovely surprise but your OH got in first
We had a delicious meal with DS1 and family this evening. Where DGD1+2 managed to put all the food they ate, I really don't know. They each had 2 helpings of main course and 3 helpings of pudding!
Flying here will recommence some time tomorrow, but we're out at U3A for almost the whole of the morning.
See you all in the morning on the new thread ... x0 -
