    Morning all
Happy 19th birthday to your DD rubies, hope she has a lovely day.
Hugs good wishes, posi vibes sticks and spoons to all who need/want them

Had to smile at you being a money bank Bossy, I remember telling eldest when she was a youngster, we couldn't just get anything we wanted sometimes money wasn't availabe, her answer was yes it it you can just get some from the machine that makes it. I had to explain that the machine wasn't unlimited and it was only in there for you to take from your own bank account that your boss put the money into when it was earned. She just thought anyone who need money could go and take what they needed. She's the one who when learning about meat eating dinosaurs actually thought they didn't eat each other they eat the meat that was put on big hooks for them in the sheds where meat is grown by the people. Not sure who the 'people' we're or who built meat sheds in prehistoric times.

Got a load of overnight washing done in the wm waiting for the drizzle to clear, trollet has just been scrubbed, throws etc all tided and 3 box files of old kids mags have just been added to the recycling. So good start to the day.
Need to get ge boys pack ups done then set about decluttering them so I can crack on.

Morning everyone, happy birthday to Rubies DD.

Tired this morning. Wet start, I have loads of washing. Lots of paid stuff as ever. I hoovered the bedrooms yesterday but DD1s bedding could do with changing. Will see what this afternoon brings.

Parents evening last night for DD. He is a bright kid but really needs to put the effort in when he starts his GCSEs in September. The pressure is huge!

    Right, got to get moving.

    Morning all

Happy birthday to your DD rubies

    LW have a wonderful holiday

AF has turned up here, late and being a right pita.

Off to pilates soon then need to do a little paperwork, meet with head and then I'll see what takes my fancy this afternoon but must mop the floors and get the washing on the line.

LW, I meant to say yesterday how pleased I am that the cortisone injections are helping. Have a wonderful holiday!

    "No more publicity please!"

My GUAG has gone missing again today. Late breakfast, and I'm still in my pj's  Must get dressed and put the washing on.

I sorted out the shed yesterday and, apart from umpteen flowerpots which I have binned, I found
    - 7 old blue Tesco delivery boxes - any suggestions for suitable recipients?
    - 13 rolls of galvanised lawn edging (some of which I will use for the back lawn) and
    - 1½ containers of lawn feed and weed
so I treated the lawn and am delighted that because it is raining this morning I shall not have to water it in myself :)

However, I can't hang out the washing on the whirligig, so TD it will have to be.

I simply *must* make a phonecall before 12:00... Catch up later x

Late lunch now with a kitten on my lap, some emails to send and banking to do.

Piggers I just saw your post from yesterday - I know only too well how mortifying it is! The last real nasty one threatening me was when we had the men in to do the kitchen; but I could feel the panic starting, so I just retreated to the bedroom and left Mr LW to deal with them. Hope you're ok today, mate.:o

With that in mind, some "no panic" vibes for me would be welcome; I'm doing all the last-minute tasks before we go, and getting more and more nervy by the minute!

It'll be a scratch dinner tonight; we've used up pretty well everything we need to - Mr LW is bringing some vegetable samosas home from work (one of the chaps wives makes them) so we'll have those, some scrambled egg on toast, and some soup - bit of a weird combination, but it'll feed us well enough.:D

Posi-vibes for all who need them today - sorry, my head's a shed, and I'm not taking in a lot of what I'm reading.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
