    Morning all
Hugs good wishes and positive vibes to all who need/want them
Dusty I hope your mums counselling appt goss well and is productive.
Rubies, DD2 said she doesn't want to know what sort baby is till it gets here. So I'm having to knit neutral but have pink and blue on standby so I cann knit the right colour once it's here.
Hope all the poorlies are starting to improve.
I've got to nip round mils and plant her barrow up this morning otherwise it won't get done.
I'm using this week as a sort of decluttering week so scouting round looking for areas I can declutter off to the Cs at the weekend. Basic flying is being done as I go along but I'm feeling that it will be easier to fly once the clutter is busted.

    Morning all xx

Wonder of wonders.. Tiddles is up and dressed and fed and ready to leave at 8am.. this is the child that takes 45 minutes to put on one sock!! I have managed to deflea her before school and KH's tonight because he won't do her, he just wants to tip chemical crap in their heads and set off psoriasis and itching.

Mediation with KH at 11.. moved from 10 because the woman we are seeing is doing a radio interview at 9ish. Expect rage later.. and misery as well I've been having panic attacks the last 3 weeks over this crap.

Suppose I should get dressed shortly.

Morning everyone. It is sunny here! Feels like summer is on its way- I have put on a vest top to encourage the sunshine!;)
This morning I have shoved the bedding in wm, filled dw, breakfasts and school run. I need to go out and run some errands but want to wait until wm has finished so I can put sheets on the line!

So j have half an hour to sweep and mop floor, clean fridge, and get next load of washing ready to go in. Just made a cuppa so will slurp that in between!

    Morning all.

Calming and support vibes to pigpen.
Good wishes to Dusty's mum for counselling.
Welcome back froddy - glad the trip was a good one :)
Congratulations to CY's DD2 and BF on the house purchase, hope all goes smoothly this time.

We had a lovely day yesterday. Waved to dancemum as we drove north. Arrived at DS2's just after he had brought DDiL2 and DGS4 home from hospital, collecting DGS3 from nursery on the way: he was shattered and went straight to bed and slept for 2 hours, so we got uninterrupted baby cuddles :) Photo to follow when I've downloaded the pics from the camera, but I must get some work done first. Got lunch for everyone, played with DGS3 and then left them to themselves. Did a detour on the way home to visit my friend i the nursing home. Made tea and collapsed on sofa.

DDiL has asked me to go back next week :D so that DS2 can go to some lectures that he doesn't want to miss, even though he officially has 2 weeks' paternity leave from college.

Downstairs is tidy, upstairs is OK, washing can wait until tomorrow if the rain keeps off, otherwise Saturday. Flying today will consist of
    - writing some emails, thereby decluttering ideas, problems and solutions that are currently running wild in my brain
    - sorting out the shed and trying to find lawn weed'n'feed
    - visiting my friend for "Resident of the Day" meeting with staff
    - regular choir practice
    - downloading photos if I get an odd 5 minutes: somehow they never seem to happen!

    Catch up later x

First full on panic attack in 6 years NOT avoided.. I left the building and couldn't see the car.. cue hysteria.. I couldn't find my phone in my bag, I didn't understand where OH was trying to tell me he had parked.. I couldn't breathe or do much but cry and gasp for air.. It was quite amusing with hindsight that 3 people walked straight past and never thought to stop and offer help.. it really makes you worry for children growing up or adults who have needs which may require help from a stranger.. who would actually stop if there was a need?

I now have a massive pain in my chest and back.. and it hurts to breathe.. I knew I was right to fend it off this long.. I was fine once OH found me.. sobbing like a baby in the street! Now I am mortified!

I know you don't do hugs pigpen, but have a virtual one, glad you are ok now. And for the record I would have stopped. I mortify DH sometimes by checking total strangers are ok. Children scare him he always worries if a bloke approaches an upset alone child they may be accused of something but times in shopping centres or town if I've spotted a lost child I ask them if they can see the adult they came with before herding them into the nearest shop or towards the nearest security person.

Oh Pigpen, I know how awful a panic attack can be. You really think you are going to die. And sad that no-one stopped to see if you were OK. Dont ever feel ashamed, you have no control over it.

Moan alert : work is really busy at the moment, both jobs. The house is a mess and I am fed up with no-one pitching in and helping. I hoovered and washed the kitchen and utility floors on Tuesday so I cant understand why they are a mess again. Sigh.

Right, better get the hoover out!
