Welcome back flower, very long time no see.

Lost motivation for most things now. Boys are watching football. Going to wash up, sort my seeds and then early night with a book I think.

Gone awfully quiet here now Utd are behind and a player sent off -2 very unhappy bunnies now.

    Have a good night

Awfully noisey here with the Arsenal fans (not me I hasten to add). Soaking my sweet peas and sitting in the kitchen with the kittens and I can still hear them.

Gone so quiet here now you could hear a pin drop!!

Quite funny watching 2 grown men cry!! To say they are gutted is an understatement.Personally can't stand the game - give me Formula 1 anyday.Roll on this weekend for the Australian Grand Prix. :)

Now going to rub salt in the wound by making them watch "The Real House wives of Cheshire".:D

    Revenge is sweet...

It was all very tense in the frizzle household too! At one point OH slammed his cutlery down so hard in outrage that it made me jump! I did tell him off for that!

Visit to DGS4 postponed to Wednesday (maternal great-grandparents have the pleasure of meeting him tomorrow) so I have a bit more time to myself than I had expected.

DH hoovered all through downstairs today - he actually volunteered :A - so after SW I can concentrate on shining my kitchen sink and door handles, sorting the lunchboxes and decanting the holiday sugar samples :rotfl: Then if it's fine I should be able to get out in the garden for an hour or so.

I returned the Old Wives' archives box to the parish office this evening so one more piece of clutter gone :D

See you in the morning.... bed is calling.
  • After 4 days absence i'm back, DS2 was fab at his dance comp, no medals or trophy's won, but we were all proud of the team and how well they performed.

Then today was a lovely day out in Manchester with my gorgeous DD at a hair dresser and wedding convention.

Needless to say, no flying has been done for 4 days, and it shows, so starting afresh tomorrow, will soon be on top of things again.

Main thing that needs catching up with is washing and ironing. DD managed to do a darks load like I asked, so uniform was done for boys, but didn't think to do any other loads, so laundry basket is currently over-flowing. Will put a load in before bed :)

Night everyone, bed is calling :)
Loving life to the full, just need purse full too :)

Morning all. About to wash the dishes and then need to put new hoover together.

    Have a great day everyone.
Spend less now, work less later.
  • Morning everyone - I am up early for once!

List for today - to check off what has been completed already as there will not be any flying today!

Plan - weigh in and vol job 3 at SW
Museum for vol job 2 - winter has flown and it is time to prepare it for opening on 24th MArch!

Tuesday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Basic Flying
Sweep and mop the floor -done at weekend
    Wipe out the fridge
Wipe the work tops - removing everything first
Wipe all the handles in these rooms
    Deep Cleaning
Wipe up high on top of cupboards, shelves etc
Give your sink a really good clean and shine those taps
Do you toothbrushes need replacing - the old ones are great for cleaning around taps, oven dials etc - done at weekend
    Decluttering
Picnic wear, plastic plates and cups, lunchboxes give them a sort
Do you really need all those sugar sachets you've collected, the free samples you've never used? - decant or bin them - they didn't cost you anything. done at weekend
    Bobbley knitwear, defuzz

Also decluttered all kitchen cupboards apart from the pyrex one and going to do that now. I use the sc all the time so need only one largeish pyrex casserole for my sponge pudding! and that is only when DS is home and he prefers savoury to sweet - unfortunately for me.

I am with you re football v F1 Elastic - luckily DH is also a F1 fan so can't wait for weekend!

Hugs sticks and spoons where needed. x

    Morning all
    Hope all are well
Hugs good wishes and positve vibes where needed
Didn't get any more sorting or decluttering done last night, DD3 came round after tea so we just had some time with her which was lovely so I didn't mind still having piles of stuff to sort that DH just put back on the floor so we could go to bed.
Today I would think most of the morning will be spent at the hospital so not much will be achieved but once the lads have been decluttered to school and work I'll make a start tacking that bag of stuff to shred I bought back from mils while I wait for DD2 to get here.
DS2 has explorers tonight so the decluttering and sorting will hopefully be done them.
I'll fit some of the kitchen stuff into the afternoon hopefully.
Got a bag of prem baby hats so will take those with me this morning it's a bit more clutter out of the hall.

    Have a lovely day all

Ah and I thought this was a YL family nickname!!

Yes the footie completely took over our household last night. DS2 is a big arsenal fan and was gripped, I have been trying to get him to bed earlier but no chance last night.

Lots of paid stuff today. I had a bit of a go at the cupboard under the stairs yesterday. We have quite a bit of camping stuff that really should be ebayed but I am reluctant to let it go. Need to think hard about that one.

Right, need to get moving, its going to be a lovely sunny day out there.
