    Good morning all

    :hello::bdaycake:
I have just had a phonecall from DS2 to say that my DGC6 arrived at 3.33 this morning :j - another boy, weighing 7 lb 13 oz / 3.543 kg - so cake-baking is added to the list today and we are off to Nottingham tomorrow morning (after DH has done his bookshop duties at SW!) to see them all :D

Must get this house clean and tidy today, then! Picture a whirling dervish... (but quite a bit slower :rotfl:)

    Catch up later x

Baby-right-way-up vibes coming your way, mrs-mp. It's amazing how much some of the little darlings manage to shift themselves around in the last couple of weeks, even when you think there can't possibly be room for them to manoeuvre. Hope your DD2 gets the home birth she wants.

Ah, congratulationsionafan hope they are both doing well.

So, paid stuff this morning, out of the office for a change. Then not sure what I am going to tackle this afternoon. The understairs cupboard definitely needs some attention.

And some more paid stuff on job number 2 I guess, then my exercise class. Going to be a busy day, better move myself!

Have a good Monday everyone x

Thanks for the new thread Dusty. I'm in again this week.

Got a load of washing in while I'm having a cuppa.

Got a couple of frogs I want to tackle this week as well.

Has anyone tried the 5.2 diet as I'm thinking of giving this a go.

Morning everyone. Congrats to Ionafan, condolences to Gilly.

I've been up ages and so far have washed the breakfast dishes, walked the dogs, put out the recycling and have the second of two washloads in the machine. Thanks for the list, and the LR is the room of doom so I've dusted the worst bits.

I have an hour before the paid stuff and normally work the list from the bottom, saw 'sort out the hall cupboard' and at first thought -oh no - but actually that is exactly what I'm now going to do for the next hour.

    Have a great day everyone.

  • Morning everyone.

Mrs MP Baby right way up vibes for DD2.
Ionafan Congratulations on the arrival of DGC6.
    Condolences to Gilly.

I did the garage mostly yesterday - it wasn't too bad after we removed the empty potato sacks that is! DH doesn't seem to know where the bin is as the garage is his domain! Have washed some plastic boxes and will attack my rod with a vengeance today as sorting stuff ready for cboot Saturday. Found a few more items in the garage which also need washing so will do those later. Not sure how well it'll go on Sat as a new cb to us. Most of stuff is DS's so will pass on proceeds to him. Rest will end up back where it came from or to ch shop. I am being ruthless!

    Also plan to HHI
    Washer on and dry
    Pay a bill
    Make three phone calls
Find pension paperwork ready to ring and claim next Monday - only three months to my big _0!! Aagh!

    Have a great day everyone.x

Almost an hour in the cupboard, over 30 items decluttered, thank you for putting this on the list today. Paid stuff now.

Iona.. Huge congratulations to the whole growing family xx

Everyone decluttered.. cuppa made.. Off on a laundry hunt when OH is back from school and then I am going to do the most exiting thing ever.. sock pairing!!!

Mrs MP.. tell her to get in touch with the homebirth association or whatever it is called.. there is no reason not to have a home birth with a breech baby a section is not absolutely vital .. position dependant.. footlings are very risky but bottom firsts are less so you just need an experienced midwife and a consultant that doesn't try to scare or bully you into complying with their demands.. tell her to do her research and go in armed with information and if she says no to stick with it. They can still turn right up until right before they arrive so there is time.
