Bill for Gas and Electric £77 a month told e-on i am moving and been charged £577

Thanks for all your help. They sending me a refund.!! They taken £77 and refunded the rest of the money. They calculated it wrong.

I can't say much else I don't think as I don't know the specific details. It's obviously a bit more complicated.

I'm sorry you were waiting on the phone, we do feed this back and we're trying to avoid this happening.

Did we agree we didn't notify you of the payment that would be coming out? Was this on a bill maybe?

You're also covered under the Direct Debit guarantee.
