Bill for Gas and Electric £77 a month told e-on i am moving and been charged £577

They estimate it and then the guy comes and they check it each month. As it fixed for £77 each month. If I don't use over the amount then I don't get charged more then £77 but if I do then I get charge the extra.

you shouldn't get estimated bills if you have a smart meter.

Yes, tell them you want the payment reversed under the Direct Debit Guarantee. They can't change the amount without giving you 10 working days notice.

I've spoken to them again and the bill is £577 each month. How can that be right?. Shall I put a picture of my bill online which show that I will be charged £577 each month?.
