They estimate it and then the guy comes and they check it each month. As it fixed for £77 each month. If I don't use over the amount then I don't get charged more then £77 but if I do then I get charge the extra.0

you shouldn't get estimated bills if you have a smart meter.0 -

If eon hasn't received the signal the op will receive an estimated bill0 -
"We’re sorry we haven’t been very smart. It might be because your smart meter hasn’t been able to talk to us and send us your readings. A weak signal or a blocked meter could be the cause of this. That doesn’t mean your meter is broken. Sometimes the signal might not be as strong as it needs to be to automatically read it. We’ll try again next time and let you know if we’re having any more problems getting readings."0

Yes, tell them you want the payment reversed under the Direct Debit Guarantee. They can't change the amount without giving you 10 working days notice.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
I've spoken to them again and the bill is £577 each month. How can that be right?. Shall I put a picture of my bill online which show that I will be charged £577 each month?.0

But as you are moving, that will just be for one month, right?0
