It is pretty disgusting though MSK. All those cals in one meal? Well, it's hardly going to bring the average waistline down is it?0

It has to be an error.
A similar pie is 692kcal for 235g, that pie is 155g, = 451kcal
Mash is 155kcal for 175g, the mash in that meal is 126g = 112kcal
Mushy peas are 92kcal for 100g, the peas in that meal are 79g = 72kcal
Entire meal = 635kcal

It would be nigh on impossible to treble the calories for each component without adding lashings of lard to everything.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

I get proper fed up with others trying to decide what I should/shouldn't be allowed to eat. Calorie count, fat content etc is displayed on the packaging, as has already been said.......if you don't want it don't buy or eat it & leave me to make my OWN choices.Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.0 -
The mash is not potato, its mashed lard**Debt Free as of 15:55 on Friday 23rd March 2012**And I am staying that way
