I have been defrauded of £30 with an order placed in March 2015. How can it be that this person is getting away with it? Surely there must be some way of stopping this type of scam?0

This guy has tried to scam me out of £300 only yesterday. Only difference being is that I went onto a website called carpartswarehouse, which gives their address in the Orkney, Scotland. They emailed me to say they had the part in stock and to pay online. Paypal was not working neither was their card machine..same story as everyone else!
I was informed they would only be taking payment by bank transfer, as per their email below:

Have you reported it to Google? If not, how will they know? I have no idea how you would report it to them, I should add. But if you don't, they probably just don't know anything about it.0 -

Google can't shut down websites. They can of course remove websites from their indexes, so they don't appear in searches.0
