They do it because they can and they get away with it. There are no consequences to their unethical, immoral actions and blatant misinformation.

Yes it seems they did! It's unbelievable that they would put something in writing that would later be exposed as a lie.

I'm sure but if they keep losing eventually they will have to capitulate. They also have to consider the negative publicity. As was pointed out to me, there is a tipping point. Ryanair were getting so much negative publicity about their restrictions that eventually they listened and made the relevant changes.

By the way please can you post a link for the Vauban's Guide. I've searched but too many links come up, presumably because of your signature!
