It's not a stupid question at all Greyfox, it's a great suggestion! Unfortunately though, would take some setting up as I would need access to the work servers etc and I don't think work would be keen I'm afraid.

As it is, I'm back at work now so have only had to take half a day off. Boiler guy came this morning to confirm boiler was indeed kaput and needs a new part which will be fitted on Friday... so now I definitely need to take Friday off. Thanks to only having half a day off today I have the leave spare to have the day off on Friday - then that's all my spare leave gone.:(.

Anyway, I managed to get the bed stripped, washed and on the line to dry today and finished a bit of painting in the kitchen that has been bugging me. I put all the laundry away that was creating a mountain in the airing cupboard and de-spidered the area around the front door.

Then I did a lot of staring at the back garden, trying to figure out what to do with it... and then I stared at it some more...

Fitbit says 6h 3m of sleep last night, of which, 143 was restless and I was awake for 5 minutes. I dispute that, cos I saw at least half an hour when I was awake in the night!
    Feeling super tired today.

Levi, lovely to hear from you. :D

I haven't started the CBT yet - the doctor has actually told me there are two very good online courses I should look at as I wouldn't be able to make the physical sessions as can't have any more time off work. He's also given me a very good book to read. I shall start it all on Monday when I've had the chance to get a few more things off my 'list' and am feeling more in the zone to think.

    And sweetcorn rocks. :D

Lilty - how lovely of your friend to send the flowers. Little gestures like that really are so uplifting aren't they, I must make it my mission to do more of them for others. :)

    Anyway, best do some work.

Might be worth asking work if it would be possible, anyway. A bit late for Friday, I know, but could be useful in future. I was a Civil Servant & several of my colleagues worked from home from time-to-time & had access to our servers. They can only say "no" but, you never know, they may say "yes"!

    Last night's sleep: 5h 33m, 171 mins / 11 episodes of restlessness = fail! :(

Still feeling pretty happy today, despite what could've turned into a stressful morning.

Looking at the debt today, I realised I added it up wrong, so it's actually around £150 more than I thought. :( Have updated the signature. I need to re-direct the focus of this diary back to debt-busting now, I've completely lost the focus as to what it was supposed to be all about in the first place. :o

There won't be a lot paid off this month now as the bank account is looking very pathetic with 3 weeks until payday (5 week month this month :(), but I'm pretty sure I can get rid of the £8.88 to take it down to the £9500s lol. Small steps and all that. :o

Next week is definitely all about YNAB...

I've just made an amazing culinary discovery in my 'eating out of the cupboards haven't had time to shop' adventure this week...

Low fat sweet chilli supernoodles with boiled eggs chopped up - don't knock it 'til you've tried it people!!! :rotfl:

'Cowin' lush' as they say in these parts! :D

I've ordered the chips for play surface I need for the garden, should be arriving tomorrow. :T All paid for with money I had put aside in pots too, so need to replenish that a bit over the coming months, but it's such a nice feeling knowing I have money available for these planned spends. ;)

I have a busy night planned this evening: Grocery shopping, which I can put off no longer :o; digging up a big blueberry bush which the ex is having; getting the garden ready to lay the new rubber chips tomorrow, so digging some more turf away, filling up the blueberry 'pit' and cutting and pegging lots of weed membrane down. Lastly, possibly picking up Him from the train station (although my bets are on him coming home tomorrow - it looks like work is winning after all :().

Ds is at his dad' tonight, BUT I forgot to report of last night's amazing success.....

    My boy ate 5 peas.

Those of you who know me a little better will know what a big deal this is! It took ALOT of discussion, negotiations and more, but he ate them in the end.. retched on them a bit, then asked me to cook peas every day....:o:D With mashed potato....

Guess what his father's been instructed to cook tonight lol!

He ate something green... I can't believe it.... :rotfl:

Don't forget you need to bill me woman!! Otherwise random cash will be coming to your front door ;)

I am loving that your fitbit is tracking your sleep. Now you know just how bad it is, you can work on improving it little by little.

Yay for blue rubber chips and the ship!! Sad about the blueberry bush though! Can;t you squidge it in somewhere?!?! xxx

    Hola Lilty x

The main bit hasn't arrived yet, so hoping it's in my door when I get home today, then I can print it over the weekend and get it on the way to the lovely recipient. :) Will let you know how much it's cost then. :)

To be honest, the ex uses the blueberries more than I do and not that fussed about losing it anymore - saves me a job twice a day in the summer picking blueberries! :D
Besides, I've got strawberries... if the birdies don't find them again first... and the all important mint! :rotfl:(Just need a lime tree now...).

Unfortunately the pea-victory was short lived, and he refused the peas and mash part of his food at Daddy's last night. :(
    Oh well, it'll come.

    So, a productive morning:

    boiler fixed
footstool man came and ordered a new cover
    rubber chips delivered
I've done a bit more work on the pirate ship
    shifted loads of chippings
cut the lawns front and back

and now I'm at work for a rest! :)
I managed to get everything sorted this morning, and rain stopped play in the garden, so I came to work to salvage half a day's holiday.

Oh, some of my plug plants got delivered this morning too, so I shall plant those up tonight. :)

All in all, a lovely productive, happiness-inducing morning, apart from a nasty, agressive PM from an MSE member, but we won't go there. Water off a duck's back and all that.

Hope you're all having a lovey Friday.
    xx

Forgot to add in last night's sleep: 5h 49m, of which 189 mins/17 episodes of restlessness. oh dear!

You get sooooooooo much done, lovely one! Am in awe of your energy. I've been looking at the garden and appreciating the lawn of daisies and buttercups, the grass going to seed.....
