The single track road - life on a different path

Well I had to give in and go to the emergency doctor last night and have an inhaler, strong drugs and need an x-Ray this week. Apparently my sats were poor and pulse racing and in his words 'you're really not very well.' Lol.
Feeling slightly better today, although the coughing is driving me nuts.
Apart from that, have had a lovely weekend really. I got lots done around the house yesterday morning when ds was at his dad's. I shifted his bedroom round a bit to give him more room to play in there, then kondo'd his clothes and all his drawers. I've put a huge bag full aside for a friend nd the rest for the charity shop. I now have about 4 black bags to go to the charity shop so need to drop that off one lunchtime this week.
I then photographed lots of ds's old toys and dressing up stuff to try and sell on FB. But gutted that only one item sold, but the two sites I joined yesterday don't seem that great tbh. Will eBay and charity shop the rest of it now.
I also printed lots of orders, need to finish those this week as work is really mounting up with that now.
Then I hoovered through upstairs after moving ds's room around and pulling all the furniture out.
The ex came round for some brunch today and then we took Ds to his first swimming lesson. We were so proud of him. We had to wait quite a distance away in a viewing area and I though he might not like that too much, but he didn't flinch. He had loads of fun and was really confident.
Then we came home and Ds and I got the big box of 'big boy lego' out that he was previously a bit little for and have literally played Lego together ALL afternoon! 3.5 hours! We played a game then, gave his some dinner and he's now at his dad's.
I'm relaxing with a bath for a bit then off to pick the OH up. He's also not well and is likely to be grumpy probably, but insisted he wanted to come over. Haven't seen him since before the weekend and, to be honest, has been nice to be on my own for a bit. Probably says a lot doesn't it... I need to really sit down and work out what's for the best there...
Tax credits due weds, cb tomorrow and I need it this month. I still haven't raised my savings pots thank goodness, but I have literally no money left otherwise! I could draw from the business account but really trying not to do that.
Still up to date with YNAB though - first full month
Happy Sunday evening all

Back at work today after a week off, can't say I'm feeling 100% but am feeling better than I was.
The business sales have taken a turn for the up as expected for this time of year, so I have been able to get a little bit of that done. I have paid a bit off the debts with it, but have also spent some on some (much needed!) new boots and also some Christmas presents. Probably also overspent by about £150-£200.:eek::eek: Think it was the novelty of having some money in the bank! Reined myself in now though and from now on the rest is going to be thrown at the debts. I do need to fess up to YNAB in the next few days though...
I have also spent WAY too much in the groceries and spending money budget. I need to look at that at the end of the month and curb that next month. I really had no idea I was spending so much, but a month of recording everything on YNAB has opened my eyes.:o
Payday is on Friday and it can't come quick enough. I'm also waiting on an £80 payment from Quidco which will go straight into the car maintenance pot as I will have to pay out on some work on the car this month.
Yesterday DS and I sorted through his toys and have put a black bag and a half aside for the charity shop. There are probably quite a few bits in there that I could sell and make a bit of money on, but at the moment, more than happy to let the chairty shop utilise them and gain extra pennies. I'm just thankful for the space it's cleared!
I also put a few bits of his old clothing and dressing up stuff on ebay last night. Nothing of great value, but it'll hopefully bring a little bit of cash in and clear a bit more space.
Been quite stressed and upset about various things this past week again and am aware I need to deal with that. I'm not sure whether it was tiredness, illness or what, but I have spent most of last week in tears and getting upset about life.
Anyway, new start today...
