Hurrah for the sunflowers! And hugs and everything crossed for your mum. Don't borrow trouble though
No point attempting to cross bridges before you get to them.. (and other dodgy metaphors of your choice!)
big hugs.. you are doing exactly the right things for you, and that's really important xxxLBM 1st Feb 2015 £18182 to go

:oI'm quite impressed you're managing the mindfulness and the exercise - you have no idea how long that has been on my list for.
On the subject of LL, do you have any decent car boots round your way? Some of the toys and clothes are practically new - my mum used to stock up on toys when she ran a nursery school - and start from 10p. Give LL a handful of change and he won't know where to start - littlies love rummaging through all the bits and bobs.
Sending hopeful thoughts yours and your mum's way.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Sounds like jelly could help today - not many pence for a little wibble wobble. You could even share it !
Keep at it , all the little steps keep you moving in the right direction.
We are all right behind you - giving a little shove as and when you need it. Your appointments will help - the queationnaires will make it easier to get the conversation started.0 -
Levi -you aren't bringing me down that's for sure. I'm glad you are posting. It shows you are fighting to stay in touch with the world around you even though you feel so low. I am sorry to hear about your mum's tests though that must be very hard to bear.
The sunflower sounds like it has your son captivated. It is wonderful what small children find enjoyable. I don't know if it's L's cup of tea but my son even now will while away hours finding worms in the garden soil. Looking at their length, putting them in a bucket (lucky worms) then we let them go again safely. Just a thought of another free but absorbing activity.
Good night.

No such thing as bringing me down sweetheart. I forcibly drag everyone up to my level of silliness.
Which reminds me of that saying.
Which has nothing at all to do with this but it makes me smile
This however... this has everything to do with you. And with us band of loyal followers.
You are surrounded, cocooned, by the cream of the interweb crop. We are here to pick you up no matter what. We are the best friends you can tell anything to without fear of judgement or recrimination. We are here to drag you along with us until you are ready to walk all by yourself.
But we can't be here, if you're not. I understand, believe me, if you don't feel like it is helping you to get it out here. But I don't think that is the case, so start telling us how you feel and we will pick you up. We promise. xx

Lovely post Lilty, almost made me cry.
Yeah, what she ^^^ said Levi:D
Joking aside, we're all here for you lovely man and we all have felt the same by the sounds of it. You have my number if you want a chat too, don't forget.
Life has thrown a lot at you this year, and you have dealt with it, got on with it and adapted to it, pretty much by yourself. It's no wonder you are not feeling so brave at the moment and feel like you need some extra support, I know exactly how you're feeling, but as Lilty said, you have us all here whenever you need us.
You're not bringing any one of us down at all, although I can understand that feeling as that's exactly as I felt.
I'm sure the appointment on Wednesday will help, so please do let us know how it goes. In the meantime, keep talking ok.
We loves ya.

Not permanently Levi, I just can't be online all the time like I was, that's all. For me, I need to not spend evenings and nights glued to the laptop as it was having a negative effect on my sleep and mood, doesn't mean we're not here for you.

I'm here, too. (Been AWOL from here for a bit because we had nearly 80 people here on Sunday to celebrate OH's 65th!) Don't want you lovely lot to think I've deserted you all - there has been the odd PM while I've been silent on here!
Hope everything goes well today, lovely Levi. Drive carefully.
