employers have to follow the correct path, and it would be silly to do anything that you can claim against them, at a tribunal, mental health (I dont like these words) are covered by the disability discrimination act, and thus employers have a thin line to tread, I would hope that your employer would try and see how they can help you to return to work rather then make things harder for you....I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards.
