had a nice time with my mate...good to see him..he's a plastic surgeon (you never know when a plastic surgeon friend might come in handy LOL) and he did actually offer me a complimentary session on his new machine which cost hundreds of thousands apparently :eek: it is a new pioneering treatment to help your skin regenerate it's own collagen instead of having to use fillers etc.. not sure if he was trying to tell me i need work :rotfl: but i said i'd be interested in having a go if he can do it around my eye area, it might make me look less knackered

after that I took :A FGN:A to see her elderly mother in her nursing home.. she doesn't go all that often as she finds it upsetting, which is understandable.. but we took LL and Ozzy and were able to go out in the back garden there where it was lovely and sunny and actually the visit was pleasant as FGN's mum was enjoying seeing LL & Ozzy and watching them playing in the garden, and we found enough things to talk about.

So that was worthwhile and FGN was very grateful for my companionship but I was very grateful for her having watched LL this morning so it was a win-win situation.

This evening has the potential to be a bad one.. we've had dinner.. home made korma from a batch in the freezer .. LL has 45 min before bed, and Ozzy is knackered from our 2 runs together today and his trip to the nursing home, so he is conked out. I will try and find something distracting/entertaining to watch.
I think I'm on my 4th NSD in a row right now and more or less have to have them continuously until pay day on the 28th!

All evenings have the potential to be bad....more so when you've had such a great day.

So let's think about what you can do to make this evening GREAT.

When did you last clean under the sofas?
Scrub the bathroom floor with a toothbrush?
Wash the windows?
Stare at LLs sunflower and send it grow quickly vibes.
Any batch cooking to be done using up stuff you have in the fridge?

You can come to mine and make Lemon Marmalade if you like? lol
