Wow now why have I got an image of Freddie Mercury doing the hoovering in my head Levi? Says vastly more about my twisted brain than your epic afternoons cleaning I'm sure.

Hey Levi
Sorry for barging in, but you are doing great, and fake it while you're down got me through a lot of years with l`il ones. On your own is tough but you are tougher. Is there something that's triggered this or is it just the same old same old? It will all be fab again, no worries. Just needs a bit of time x
No apologies required, barge away any timeThanks so much Dansmam......I hope it will be fab again soon, I can't wait to have a light spirit and some light in my eyes.. atm they just look back at me as someone with the weight on the world on my shoulders and I don't want my glory years to be remembered like that :(xx

Forgot to mention as well that I am emotionally eating again like there is no tomorrow - not good for my budget or my body or my self esteem. I need it to stopppp. So I'm going to start a diet on Monday and I want to lose 14lbs by.. well, whenever, but I'm not doing anything other than cutting calories aka all the junk I am stuffing into my face whenever I feel a painful emotion.. I never used to do this.. this is new..only since this year... and its very annoying.. to be fair I used to have a worse coping mechanism (smoking) and in the absence of that I guess something else had to pop up..why am I set to self destruct?- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

any news from Aviva Levi?
Actually yes. Had a snotty email on Monday saying they hadn't heard back from me with with any of their requested details and if they hadn't heard by the 7th they would shut down the case. So I immediately re-sent the LONG & DETAILED email I had sent with my report at least a week earlier. They responded to confirm it had now been received and rather curtly told me it was all now going to be handled by their claims handlers and that "customer service will have nothing further to do with this claim" and only write to the claims handlers (transcare) with any further correspondence. It is now between them and Churchill.. I can't bring myself to stress it right now so I'll just let it do it's thing. Not too thrilled at the CS standard at Arriva though.- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

lol I'm 25 Levi.
I also comfort eat. Unless you are allergic to artificial sweetners like me then why don't you get some sugar free jelly to binge on? Lower calories and cheaper than chocolate.
Or home bake your binge food, baking itself can be very thearpeutic.
Chewing gum used to help me before my teeth got too weak for it.
Once when I was 19, had no money and had eaten all the flour (like made into stuff, and almost everything in the cupboards) I tried to make some pineapple sweets from the juice of my last tin of pineapple and the last of my sugar *blushes* never let it be said that I'm not resourceful!Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -
Levi I'm currently dieting and if I get the urge to comfort eat/eat rubbish then I clean my teeth. Instant craving killer!! Try it
