Oh Levi, pulling you in close and giving you lots of hugs.
Regarding the money spent at the weekend (I meant to tell you earlier but forgot what I was going to say) when I did SW one of their philosophies that I loved was that if you went over your syns for the day (too many sweeties) then you just drew a line under that day and the next day have your normal amount of syns without restricting/punishing yourself. I think you should do the same philosophy regarding your weekend spend. It happened, get over it.
I have your sympathies with the black dog, I suffer myself. Just do your best to eat well, take some fresh air and exercise and have a shower/bath.
Remember that we are all here loving you just the way you are :beer:Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -

Thank you guys , you're all angels and I looooooooove you for all the positive words of encouragement and love sent my way, I hope to ride out this rough patch again, somehow I always seem to.. just need to lie low for a little and gather my strength back up to warrior status.
I had a sudden recollection of another possible bit of mis-sold PPI earlier - with a credit card I had in 2007 with Morgan Stanley. The company was eventually sold to Barclaycard so I think I have to take it up with them - have the questionnaire ready - might be worth a shot... who knows..xx- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

Levi is it worth checking your credit history? There might be something else you've forgotten about?A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Hi Gally -- I had a good ol' look through and nothing else I'm afraid.. but may as well have a look at the Morgan Stanley one as nothing to lose other than filling in the form and the price of stamp. I have it all ready and will do tomorrow. Thanks again for everyones kindness on here, I really am lucky to have this place and sorry to neglect at times, I just can't form the right words sometimes or be able to express what the problem is, nor do I want to sound like a broken record or bring anyone else down, if that makes sense
I am making the most of a few extra days off work anyway until I can see the GP. It may be something they can tweak with my meds. I know I had been getting ridiculously stressed at work before my break and the thought of going back to it was daunting. My colleagues cause a lot of unnecessary drama, but I guess that is true wherever you go, I just hate when trust is involved and you kinda end up trusting the wrong people and it can be so dangerous.
Another thing is a bit of something I talked about before a person I am a bit.. into.. for want of a better expression.... we are having a bad patch as I can't seem to get anything right with her, I try very hard, but it never goes to plan.. or maybe I try to hard and that doesn't go down well either.. meh, its complicated and I probably am just not ready for THAT anyway so as part of getting over this blip I just want to keep my distance from her and that and ... play it extra cool I guess.
LL is fine and has no indication of me being in a funk. He is chirpy and healthy and happy which makes me happy of courseHe is a sunbeam. Logistically life is hard. I tend to take 2 steps forward and 3 back in my life. I feel like I am a failure and have nothing to offer, I feel like I take up valuable air.. I know these things aren't logical and I am not at all looking for sympathy or to have you pay me compliments, it;s just to show you the kinda way my brain is thinking right now.. I feel like I mess everything up and don't deserve goodness in my life because if I did, then why was I dealt such a crappy hand? I feel smited sometimes. Jinxed or maybe someone has used black magic on me. I dunno. I know I have a good heart but I'm not sure karma recognises it. Maybe I don't.
Ps forgot to say I got a CBT appointment next Weds at 15:00 X- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

Levi - I think you'd be surprised how many people feel the very same way as you. It even has a name 'imposter syndrome' people feel not good enough, waiting for others to find out just how rubbish they are. And you know what? It happens to affect the most intelligent, capable people. Not the inept over confident types.
So the fact you feel that way is testament to your intelligence and sensitivity. Anyway that's my little attempt at cheerleading you. We're all team Levi here. #teamlevi" Your vibe attracts your tribe":D
