I'm just de lurking to cheer you on and say you are doing brilliantly! Remember this is a marathon and not a sprint, so if you trip up just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and keep on going. I can't wait for the day you cross that finish line. You are making brilliant progress!

semi productive afternoon after some wallowing and then some self butt kicking... cleaned the flat, hoovered behind things, polished, cleaned inside windows, cleaned floors, hoovered some more, changed beds, kondo'd some clothes and even finally unpacked our suitcase that I hadn't "got round to" since Monday
Felt like Super-Lilt by the time I got done :cool::D

Oh, and then I cooked dinner for one because Luca is at trampoween club, due home any time now. Salmon and potatoes and peas.

I don't like evenings. They make me . Being busy is the key and thankfully 4 yr olds help with that until they go to bed.
My workplace have told me to stay off until I've seen the Dr so I hope to get a restful weekend + Monday to try and battle this a bit more. I'm meeting a friend briefly for coffee tomorrow late morning, he's a plastic surgeon so we always have great convos! And he's a really nice guy too, I haven't caught up with him in months despite us living pretty close- just always busy.

Anyway.. I've run out of anythings. So for now, it's ciao. Thanks again for always being here.
Before we know it, another month will be done and another pay day will be in.

I'm the same with evenings Levi, once my parents go to bed and kick me off the computer....
that's when I tend to make jam/marmalade/chutney/clean manically downstairs...

And I think that's a highly productive afternoon!

Because it's in their bedroom and they want to go to bed usually it's around 10.30pm so not that unreasonable lol

Sorry for barging in, but you are doing great, and fake it while you're down got me through a lot of years with l`il ones. On your own is tough but you are tougher. Is there something that's triggered this or is it just the same old same old? It will all be fab again, no worries. Just needs a bit of time x

Wow now why have I got an image of Freddie Mercury doing the hoovering in my head Levi? Says vastly more about my twisted brain than your epic afternoons cleaning I'm sure.

Also hoping your black dog takes a hint from 'the dog in the nightime' & gives you some peace.
