You know what's always fun?.....
Giving the dog a bath :rotfl:Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -
Yep there's nothing that needs cleaning.
And I'm exhausted, physically.
Dog wouldn't be too thrilled that I woke him up and gave him a bath
I am ruminating.. convinced myself I will be sacked due to my absence. Make the stupid mistake of looking over some old paperwork during a bad spell I had at work over a year ago which gave me a bit of post traumatic stress, but I don't even have closure on that issue to this day.
I also feel terribly nauseous. Probably all liked. I might go to sleep soon to shut it out - and hope I wake up as a different person. x- on a mission to be debt-free by the end of 2017 -

I'd love to reassure you...but I was sacked due to my abscence
Sleep is good, as long as you actually sleep and don't just go to bed and lie awake winding yourself up!
How about a nice relaxing bath/shower first?Credit card respend 2551.58 (15/02/17)0 -

what like Mr Ben....
I loved that program as a child...
I hope you start to feel better soon, what about listening to some uplifting music, that may help to perk you up a little extend your bedtime a little, as you may find you wake up early if you go to bed too early....I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Banking & Borrowing, and Reduce Debt & Boost Income boards. Breathe. And breathe again. They can't sack you out of the blue. You aren't feeling up to par as your meds need tweaking, and the GP will sort that. Don't make any hasty decisions while you are feeling so awful. Re-read your diary from the beginning.. You have made such progressI know it feels awful now, but it WILL pass. All you have to do is keep on, breathing in and out, looking after LL, and it will pass. Trust me. Trust all your friends on here. You will be alright and it will get better xxx
