Ribs are nice, I'm not surprised you ordered them!

Thank you ladies, 6 days left. So excited. I have booked my train ticket to see Andy over Christmas £33, a bargain i think. I did some food shopping today, had my vaccine v late as i couldnt take time off work earlier including taxi fare total spend was  £14.00.

    Good price for your ticket.
Hope you're ok over the next few days after your jab, make sure you rest up and don't push yourself if your not up for things.

  • Its lovely that you will see Andy over Christmas. Do try and rest this week after your booster. I had mine Saturday (as I couldn’t get time off work either) and I have felt exhausted all week. Might just be a coincidence.

  • It seems to be the response people I know have had. Go back to bed and rest.

I have spent the entire day in bed! I did wash my clothes though and try to line dry them.

Tomorrow i will do some housework and a bit of lesson prep. I am a bit worried as i have been off work twice now (due to kidney infection for 10 days and now one day for my vaccination reaction) and i have only been there a short time. Many work colleagues  have been off for much longer with real covid. It does make me feel vulnerable though. It reminds me to keep my options open and i must drive in case i need to get another job.

I feel much better today, the plan is to vacuum, mop and tidy piles of work in downstairs bedroom. Then I would like to cook a chilli meal & somewhere write lessons. I have £132 left for food, travel (200 in Christmas Fund).

  • Your funds are still looking good SW. Havent you already bought most of your Christmas presents? Have a good weekend. Chilli sounds nice and warming, good for this weather 🥶
