I have £37 left as i walked to corner shop to buy 6 packets of smarties!!!! I am not allowed to buy anything except bread now or fruit. The torrential rain has stopped but it has been good for the garden i think. I have a tiny bit of marking to do tomorrow and then i am researching the place with the vacancy.

6 packs of smarties 🤦‍♀️Hope you didn’t eat them all in one go 😆 We had a bit of rain yesterday but not the ⚡️they were forecasting. £37 should be fine until payday if that is all for food & you only need bread & fruit

I have planned my interview outfit and am hoping they call me.

Everyone is concerned at the current work place about the job cuts.

I've been out in the garden it was lovely. I pulled up some old dead lavender plants (I didn't connect up my hose to water them so some have died) in front garden and put the new one's in. It is expected to rain so i am not watering them in. I'm going to sit in back garden and read my interview notes for a while with a cup of tea!

Stop! Take a deep breath and repeat after me "I'm the perfect fit for this role, my experience has got me this far, I'm calm and can do this".

Think about the question asked, reply and provide an example of where you've done something related to the question. You'll have transferable experience, use that as examples too. Don't rush to answer, take a breath and smile after replying, nod when listening to show you're acknowledging what they are saying. Ask a few questions which make them think before replying, to show you're interested in them / the place and not just the job.
