Weather is glorious I should be marking. The swing arrives today. So excited. Garden is clear. I had to order a new mop and bucket as mine died (£15 on credit card).

It is gorgeous, maybe switch your day round to your time now, work this evening.

You've so got to tell us what it's like when it's set up and you manage to drag yourself away from it! Your lavender should be arriving soon too 🤗

Yes I am so excited about it. It is currently sitting in the garden waiting to be put together. I am planting my lobelia, petunias and posh purple doodah geraniums  in the front garden with the existing lavender pots.

What a welcome home you have to walk through all those pretties to reach the front door.

I hope they will look nice I am watering them carefully every morning. I have been paid, so glad. I have moved all of my credit card money for next month (v high £160 for garden paint/garden and essential house things) into a separate account so i dont spend it. I have saved £250.  In total I have £200 for the rest of the month (for food and fun). I can do it. I am sure as I am not spending any more money on the garden.

You can do it, it's a good amount! Having toast or cereal for breakfast, with a sandwich for lunch will free up quite a bit for snacks and tea 😊

When you get paid again, buy some bark mulch to put round your front garden plants. It helps retain the moisture.

My neighours only took £10 for some beer for putting the swing together. I have an extra £90 now so I have updated my money for the rest of the month.

That's really nice of your neighbour to take beer money and not the rest!

Don't forget to buy ice cream and maybe suncream the way the weather is 😊
