Wow you are a busy bee. Don't forget to take a wee break and re-charge. The swing sounds like a nice reward for yourself after all working from home has its good and bad points.Clearing the junk to travel light

I did I watched the telly! This morning the sun is bright and the garden is recovering from the feed and weed. All the white (weeds) are now turning black and in 7 days the new grass will grow. I watered the clematis, tomatoes and green beans and ignored everything else.
Jobs for today -

The 3 working days will fly by. Hope you haven't got much left to mark.
Do you have much planned for half term, aside from work?

I hope so, tomorrow is my day off and I have to go in for essential tasks (unpaid lol) but am hoping to buy some fence paint afterwards.
My plan for half term is to tidy the garden to weed the marigold area, try to paint some fences in the garden and finish off more marking (what a surprise!!!).
I hope that my £400 plus spend on the swing seat (purchase and installation) is not a folly in this economic climate. I doubt I will make an OP this month. I will be good for the rest of the year though and go back to minimal spending again.Aiming for a minimal spend 20222 -
You have wanted your swing for ages and will give you years of happiness. The occasional treat is fine, you are doing loads of work and will have a place to unwind.

Bless you thank you ladies I was starting to panic when I saw the state of the economy. This morning men have been chopping down next door's huge oak tree.I cleared a tiny bit of space and have put in the garden beans and watered them. Then I had to visit work and after I went to garden centre and bought garden fence paint/brushes/garden things the cost was £55.
I withdrew £100 cash and that is it till the end of the month but I do have £80 for emergencies in the xmas fund.
