I marked for most of the day and have caught up on this. Then i tidied under the stairs which took 5 mins. It was lots of carrier bags which I have moved to the garage. I will vacuum and mop there thoroughly later in the week. I might see if I can claim this working from home tax thing that Martin's bulletin mentioned later this week.

  • Well done on marking and tidying SW. If you pay tax and qualify for claiming working from home allowance you might as well as your electric bill will be higher due to all the internet usage. It’s not much but every little helps.

Bless you today was manic. I have been working since 7am and my head hurts so I am finishing my lesson early. I moped the floor in my lunch hour which ended up being only 15 mins. lol. Thank goodness we get paid tonight. I am sooo happy.

We got paid and I saved lots I have put £110 in my xmas fund and put the rest to the mortgage. This week i have spent £30 on food/house things as I'm only ordering essentials.  I owe my neighbours a fantastic present when this is over and LL has been brill too.  Today I ordered a phone charger for £3. It has rained all day and we had some thunder and lightning. Work has been crazy,  had a 15 min break at lunch and stopped at 3.30. I hope in two to three more weeks it will calm down. Im going to watch Boris. I haven't done any tidying today at all.

Well done on saving and the mortgage payment, plus keeping your spending down.

Your neighbours have been good and it's nice to have outside support like that.

Work will calm down, just try and take 15 minutes breaks throughout the day if you seem to be unable to have lunch, it's not the same but does help.

Bless you all I woke up early ate and then had a lie in. I have cleaned the inside windows in the kitchen as I didn't do them properly and now I am planning to clean the rest of the house. There are two small amounts of marking to do today. I have moved my lovely petunias into the greenhouse and put them on a high shelf so I will hopefully keep them away from the snails. The birds are chirping in the garden it is all very Rhubarb and Custard, what a beautiful day.

We are having lovely weather and perfect blue sky lately.

What colour are your petunias? My faves are the two-tone ones.
