It's not a major op more of a procedure with a little aneasthetic. They are just taking a few bits out! lol. it only takes a few days to recover I think.

The pills from hospital seem to have worn off thank goodness and I am feeling better. I did a bit of marking this morning and also rang the highways dept (which i have been meaning to do for ages) to see if the diseased tree can be taken down as it is leaning in to the road. We shall see.

I have a load of marking to do in a while but am resting in a bit as blood sugar is a bit doolally. No money spent today.

Today I have some marking to do while I am waiting for a parcel sometime this morning, then I have to go and get a light fitting all being well my downstairs lights will be sorted by this evening. I walked to save money on taxi fare and total cost of light fitting was £8.

Hurrah, I  have only withdrawn £80 cash all month for all spending. Am rather proud of myself.  I reckon i will save at least £150 this month maybe more? Lol. It's raining again. Two weekdays left of my holiday. Thanks to my dear friend helping last night (for free) I have light in my kitchen now but part of the base of the light is broken. I may have to order a new one. lol. Hairdresser is coming today £15 spent. lol.

    Jobs to do:
    Washing up
    clean sink
    vacuum

    1 hour of marking
Oh what an exciting life I lead. lol.

Hello Skinty it was great and it feels really nice. I have been at work for 5 hours typing up my grades and doing boring admin tasks. Then I sorted out the direct debit dates on my bills so they all fell on the first or second of the month as it makes budgeting easier and I listed two items on ebay. Fingers crossed. Well  I appear to have one sale for £25 for tomorrow. hurrah.

I am hoping that my ladies will arrive and buy my bits..... there is a pile of marking to do but not much as I did lots over the holiday. So pleased.
As I have barely spent any money this month I have bought 6 packets of Unstoppables as they are on offer (Only £16.20). I am going to try to save money like this and can afford to now as I am not wasting it.

I am watching a hoarding programme then I will do some marking.
